  Umbwe Gate (1640m) > Umbwe Cave Camp (2939m) (11.8km)
• Day 2 :

  Umbwe Cave Camp (2939m) > Barranco Camp (3972m) (7km)
• Day 3 :

  Barranco Camp (3972m) > Lava Tower (4642m) (5km)
• Day 4 :

  Lava Tower (4642m) > Glacier Camp (4800m) (1km)
• Day 5 :

  Arrow Glacier Camp (4800m) > Crater Camp (5820m) (5km)
• Day 6 :

  Crater Camp (5820m) > UHURU PEAK (5895m) > Mweka Camp (3100m) (18km)
• Day 7 :

  Mweka Camp (3100m) > Mweka Gate (1660m) (10km)
