Ranthambhore National Park is one of the main illustrations of Project Tiger's preservation work in Rajasthan. Expand in across an area of some 1334 sq. kms, the park boasts an magnificent 10th century fort. Moreover, for the Bengal tiger, Ranthambhore is homeland to wild bear, nilgai, sambar deer and various species of birds. Tiger hunters are more regular in the morning or late afternoon. Move to Kanha National Park, situated in the state of Madhya Pradesh, the greatest of India's wildlife reserves, measuring around 1940-sq km of deciduous forest, savannah grassland, hills and an extensive network of rivers and streams. The park has been part of the Indira Gandhi's Project Tiger, since the 1950's, and it is habitat to an estimated 200 tigers. Also present in the natural habitat is a variety of wildlife including leopard, chital, sambar, swamp deer, Indian bison, striped hyena, panther, antelope, Barasingha or swamp deer (plucked from near extinction in the 1960s) and of course, tiger. On days 11 and 12 Safaris are undertaken in shared jeep/canters, with closer views of tiger sightings on elephant back. Overnight halt at Kanha National Park.

Today morning we enjoyed a further game drive, prior to the trip to Jabalpur to board the Gondwana express to Delhi. Overnight on board.
Early arrival at Delhi station, transfer and check-in at your hotel. Later, take pleasure in sightseeing tour of Old Delhi visiting the remarkable Red Fort, Jama Masjid mosque and the vibrant Chandni Chowk bazaar. This noon, get pleasure from a tour of New Delhi.
