Discover the stunning views over Carpathian Mountains and enjoy 4×4 off road experience on this 3 day adventure tour in Transylvania. Escape from the city and relax in the untouched nature enjoying traditional food and local drinks.

From coffee break on the ridge of the mountain and authentic villages, to spectacular lakes and natural attractions, this exciting 4×4 adventure tour offers fascinating off road and nature experiences. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy optional activities like zip line, horse riding, paragliding and more.

Each 4×4 vehicle is driven by one 4×4 Tours team driver/guide and can travel:

3 more people in maximum comfortable conditions
or 4 more people in less comfortable conditions (3 people on the back seat)Flights to/from Bucharest – Romania
Lunch can be arranged as nature picnic lunch or in a restaurant on the route – about 13 EUR/person
One more overnight for resting in Bucharest, accommodation with breakfast in 4* hotel and dinner in Old Center and transfer to airport in next morning – 85 EUR/120 EUR per person in double/single occupancy

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Bucharest - Bucegi Natural Park

On arrival at Henri Coanda Airport, you will be greeted by your English speaking guide and transferred by jeep to the Bucegi Mountains. Start your off road experience in Romania with a drive along the Prahova Valley, known as ‘The Royale Way’ to Bucegi Natural Park. You will explore the beautiful surroundings of the Bolboci Lake, named as”The sea of Bucegi”. From there, the off-road journey continues to Podu cu Florile Peak with amazing mountain views, before ending in the location of your overnight destination.Overnight in Brasov area.
Day 2 : Diham Cottage - Poiana Marului

The morning starts with a challenging 4×4 off road driving experience to Diham Cottage discovering stunning views of Bucegi Ridge. Next you will get to see Sinca Veche cave monastery, also named “Temple of Wishes”. Here, you will discover a place filled with mystery and a lot of powerful energy. Your tour continues with another off road experience through the spectacular scenery of Poiana Marului area. Take your time to admire the fabulous views of the Piatra Craiului Mountains. Away from the crowds, enjoy a coffee break in front of the amazing landscapes. Overnight in Poiana Marului area.
Day 3 : Traditional Villages - Bucharest

After breakfast, your guide will take you on a short walking through the Canyon of Zarnesti and breathing the fresh mountain air in the scenery of “Cold Mountain” movie. Next, you will travel off road through the rolling hills of Magura and Pestera villages and experience the traditional way of life while visiting a local guest house. On the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the Piatra Craiului and Bucegi Mountains before reaching Fundatica, the highest traditional village from Romania. You will be taken to the scenic landscape of Key Valley route for another off road experience. Here, you also will have the opportunity to enjoy zip line crossing spectacular scenery. After memorable off road experiences, return to Bucharest airport for your departure flight. If your departure flight is in the morning, we can add an additional night in Bucharest.
