The flight, lasting about an hour, is the most affordable and popular way to view Everest. With a small plane seating 15-20 passengers, everyone has a window seat to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Some tour companies enhance the experience with sparkling wine and souvenir certificates and even offer a chance to visit the cockpit for views from the front of the plane. After the flight, the driver will drop you back at your hotel.
