One of the most notable highlights of Hue is the meandering Perfume (Huong) River that divides the city. As both the Thien Mu Pagoda and the Ming Mang tomb are situated on the river banks, boating on a simple, yet comfortable, vessel offers a relaxing time to discover the beautiful Hue city.

FULL ITINERARY

Today, we cruise along the Perfume River. Being the former royal capital, Hue's surrounding countryside contains several of the tombs of the former Nguyen Emperors to visit Minh Mang Tomb. Back to the cruise for a brief visit the Thien Mu Pagoda - the tallest pagoda in Vietnam, which stand on the northern bank of the meandering river. It is an active Buddhist monastery with its origins dating back to 1601.
