Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Arrival and Transfer to LECCE. Tonight you are free to discover this city. Don't forget to visit Piazza Duomo and Piazza Sant'Oronzo with its amphitheatre. Overnight in Lecce.
• Day 2 :

  After breakfast, you will meet your tour leader and after the presentation of the itinerary and the delivery of the bikes, the tour can start. We will visit on our bike the beautiful city of Lecce, that welcomes its visitors with its magnificent baroque architecture, which blazes on the portals of its palaces and on the facades of the many churches. Then we will continue towards GALATINA. Here we can visit the Mother-Church and the Basilica of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria with its 15th-century frescoes. We the continue on small roads to GALLIPOLI. Don't miss the chance to spend your evening evening strolling around the beautiful streets of the old town. (About 50 Km). Overnight in Gallipoli
• Day 3 :

  Leaving Gallipoli, we'll cycle along the Ionian coast headed to Torre San Giovanni. There is the possibility to stop for a swim in this beautuful crystal clear sea. The tour continues for about 30 Km until we reach SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA, where the Ionian and the Adriatic Sea meet, (about 50 Km). Overnight in Santa Maria di Leuca
• Day 4 :

  Leaving the southernmost point in Salento, we will cycle northwards, along the beautiful rugged coast of the Adriatic Sea up to CASTRO, where we can admire the Zinzulusa's cave. Finally we'll get to OTRANTO, (abouot 54 Km). Overnight in Otranto.
• Day 5 :

  After a short tour on our bike of Otranto visiting the Aragonese Castle and the beautiful cathedral, we will cycle along the Alimini's lakes until we reach the seaside village of Torre dell'Orso. Don't miss the opportunity to swim in the suggestive Grotta della Poesia. Before arriving in LECCE you will meet ACAYA, a perfect stop for an authentic Italian espresso or for a drink at sunset in front of the castle, (about 45 Km). Overnight in Lecce.
• Day 6 :

  End of services.
