We embrace the opportunity to host and provide camping services with Euphoria Sate Campers. The Camp Euphoria State campers is located at a walkable distance (1.3 Kms) from the festival venue surrounded by Pinegrove’s. Join us this ZFM’22, to enjoy the music, food, people and make memorable memories at one of the most picturesque locations of the world.

Accessibility:
Reach Guwahati by train/air. Then book a train to Naharlagun Railway Station, which is 95kms away from Ziro. By train, Guwahati - Naharlagun is connected by inward Train- 15617, Donyi polo Express (daily departure @ 21:20 hrs and arrival @ 04:55 hrs) and vice-versa Naharlagun - Guwahati (daily departure @ 18:45 hrs and arrival @ 04:25 hrs). Naharlagun to Ziro is connected by regular shared Sumo. It is also well-connected from Guwahati by road on regular APST buses preferably overnight from ISBT to Ziro, 425.7kms, (daily departure @ 16:00 hrs and arrival @5:00 hrs).

Entry Formalities:
ILP (Inner line permit) @ Rs. 300:
Indian citizens, excluding natives of Arunachal Pradesh, need Inline Permit to enter any place in Arunachal Pradesh. The ILP can be acquired either online or can be obtained from Kolkata, Delhi, Guwahati, Dibrugarh and Naharlagun.
PAP (Protected Area Permit) @ Rs. 75-85 Us dollars:
All foreigners travelling to Arunachal Pradesh require PAP or Protected Area Permit. This can either be acquired from All Indian Missions abroad or the All Foreigners Regional Registration Officers (FRRO) at Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata or from the Chief Immigration Officer, Chennai or the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Ministry, Govt. of India or ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Commissioner, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar.

Covid Vaccination Certificate/ RT PCR negative certificate.

Euphoria State Campers ZFM’ 22:
We provide pitched Dome and Alpine shaped tents 02 person, 03 persons and 04 person tents on sharing basis with Sleeping Bags / blankets, pillows and Sleeping mats.

Camping

• Terms and Conditions:
• Check out time is 11:00 hours.
• Services are subject to availability and first come first serve basis.
• We only confirm after receiving full payment for camping in advance.
• The guests have to send the scanned copy of deposit slip or online transfer details or whatsoever after the payments.
• Required documents for permits: ILP- Scanned copy of government authorized Identity Card, Scanned copy of Passport size photograph. PAP- Scanned copy of Valid Passport, Valid VISA and Passport size photograph.
• The guests must have government authorized valid Identity Card to check in.
• The guest must respect the local ethics and customs.
• The Organizers will not be responsible or accept liabilities for any refund in loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
• Any damage to the provided materials in the campsite is subject to full payment of the product MRP with an additional Rs. 1,000 for every item as buying arrangements.
• Entry to campsite is only for the campers and the invitees. Any loss or damage caused by any guest of a camper, the camper has to bear the responsibility.
• The Organizers has the right to cancel, change the price, venue and facilities with or without any prior notice to the guests in according to the provision.
• Cancellation: In case of any cancellations, the same must be given in writing. As per the conditions of the programme, Rs. 500 will be fortified on account of communication charges and in addition, the organizers will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges on Total Programme Fees: 30 or more Days 30%, 29-20 Days 50%, 19-15 Days 60%, 14-10 Days 80%, 09-01 Days 100%.
