Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Kathmandu

  Upon arrival meets, The representative from Sampurna
  Aventura Travel and Tours will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport & then transfer you to the hotel, check in and Overnight at hotel.
• Day 2 : Visits in Kathmandu

  Visit Swayambhunath Stupa with its 2,500 year history. Later visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residence, Kasthamandap, Mahadev & Parvati Temple, Kumari palace sacred for Buddhists and Hindus and bazaars.
  In the afternoon, visit Patan Durbar Square, the old Newar City with the Golden Gate, the Temple of Taleju, Golden Temple and surrounding beautiful monument, overnight at hotel.

• Day 3 : Visits in Kathmandu

  Full day tour, in the morning drive to Shankhu and visit Vajra Jogini, an ancient commercial town route to Lhasa (Tibet). The town established during Licchavi period, 4th century, can still see the signs of former prosperity in Sankhu, including ancient temples (Vajra Jogini being the most prominent) and wood carvings, later visit to Boudhanath with important Buddhist monasteries, in the evening tour of Pashupatinath, the most sacred Hindu temple on the banks of the river Bagamati, Overnight at hotel.

• Day 4 : Visit to Nagarkot

  Drive to Nagarkot, to explore village & view majestic Himalayan ranges, (if weather permits), later drive or short walk 2 hrs to Changu Narayan, the oldest temple of Nepal, later visit to Bhaktapur, the world heritage site, the most beautiful medieval city of the country. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Flight: Kathmandu - Paro - Thimpu

  The flight into the Himalaya reveals breathtaking views of the great peaks MT EVEREST, MT KANCHANJUNGA, MT CHOMOLHARI, MT JICHU DRAKE, etc., taking you right into the Dragon Kingdom's scraping airstrip at PARO. On arrival you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel in thimpu - overnight at hotel.

• Day 6 : In Thimpu

  Visit Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong at the present is government secretary house, with special permission only one can visit, in the afternoon visit school of art, painting and medicine, national library, the center of crafts and Semtokha Dzong (1629 AD) the largest monastic school, Pangri Zampa monastery, overnight at hotel.

• Day 7 : Thimpu - Punakha

  Drive to Punakha, (4 陆 hrs) crossing Dochula pass (3150 Mt) with a panoramic view of the eastern Himalayas, (weather permiting) visit Punakha Dzong, Chhimi Lakhang, Wangdiphodrang Dzong, 1638 AD and walk through the center of Punakha, overnight.

• Day 8 : Explore Punakha - drive to Paro

  Morning visit to Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of fertility. Then transfer to Paro. Today we will have hot late lunch at Dochula Pass, then drive back to Paro, arrive and check-in at hotel, and overnight at hotel.

• Day 9 : In Paro

  In the morning, walk to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger's Nest): This is the most recognized cultural icon in Bhutan 800m / 2640ft perched on a cliff seemingly simple. Although it was tragically and mysteriously consumed by fire in April 1998, has now been restored to its former glory. It is believed that in the eighth century, the great tantric master Guru Rimopche / Padmasambhava (second Buddha) flew on the back of a tigress to the site where the monastery now stands. Are 03 hours walk to get there on a steep and rocky path. One could hire a horse for an extra cost of approximately USD25 per person

• Day 10 : In Paro

  In the morning, exploration of Paro valley; visit the national museum, an old watchtower above the Paro Dzong (monastery/fortress) containing national treasures such as arms, textiles and thangkha paintings. Visit Paro Rinpung Dzong built in 1645 A.D., visit Drugyel Dzong and Kyichu Lhakhang, overnight at hotel.

  • Hotspots Rinpung Dzong, National Museum
• Day 11 : Flight: Paro - Kathmandu

  Morning free, later drive to airport for departure flight to Kathmandu, upon arrival meets, Transfer, and check in at hotel. Afternoon free, Overnight at hotel.
