Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Moshi, Kilimanjaro

  Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Moshi. Meet your guides for a briefing and gear check. Overnight in a hotel in Moshi.

• Day 2 : Moshi to Lake Natron

  Drive from Moshi to Lake Natron. Enjoy the scenic drive and arrive at the camp by the lake. In the afternoon, visit the local Maasai community and learn about their culture and traditions. Overnight in a tented camp by Lake Natron.
  
  Distance: Approximately 220 km
  Travel Time: 6-7 hours

  • Themes Trekking
• Day 3 : Lake Natron to Ol Doinyo Lengai Base Camp

  Spend the morning exploring Lake Natron, known for its flamingos and other birdlife. After lunch, drive to the base camp of Ol Doinyo Lengai. Prepare for the night summit attempt. Overnight in tents at the base camp.
  
  Distance: Approximately 30 km
  Travel Time: 1-2 hours

  • Themes Trekking
• Day 4 : Summit Ol Doinyo Lengai, return to Moshi

  Begin the summit trek around midnight. Reach the summit at dawn and witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Great Rift Valley. Descend back to the base camp and drive back to Moshi. Arrive in Moshi in the evening for departure.
  
  Elevation: 2,960m to 3,188m (Summit), then back to 2,960m
  Distance: 8 km round trip
  Hiking Time: 6-8 hours
