Two Days Addis Ababa and its surroundings tour itineraries offers a visit to Awassa, Tiya and Adady Maryam.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Drive to Awassa

  Morning:-
  After having breakfast, Drive to Awassa via Butajira.
  On the way you will visit the archeological sites of.
  Tiya (ancient stelae field and UNESCO World Heritage Site)
  Adadi Maryam (a rock-hewn church similar to those in Lalibela)
  Melka Kunture (pre-historic tool-making site). Final destination for the day is Awassa.
  
  Overnight: Hotel at the lake side city of Awassa.

  • Meals & Drinks Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
• Day 2 : Awassa - Addis Ababa

  Morning:-
  After breakfast, visit the local fish market on the shores of Lake Awassa and take a boat trip on the lake to visit the hippos. Finally, return to Addis Ababa.
  
  Evening:-
  Farewell dinner at a traditional Ethiopian restaurant featuring dancers and musicians representing some of the country鈥檚 many ethnic groups. Transfer to airport for late night departure if needed.
  
  Overnight: In Hotel in Addis Ababa.
  END OF TOUR.
