Vadabhandeshwara Balaram Temple is a renowned Hindu shrine in Udupi city of Karnataka. This temple is dedicated to Balaram or Baladau, the elder brother of Shri Krishna and a manifestation of Sheshnag. It is an ancient Hindu temple and was founded by a well-known spiritual personality, Shri Madhavacharya. It is visited by umpteen Hindus on an extensive scale for paying the respects to Balaram.

5) This made the Lord turn his face towards him so that the devotee could pay his respects through a small window. Presently, that window is the only source for all lower castes to pay their respects. It is considered as the most pious way of worshiping Lord Balaram
