Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra / NJP to Gangtok, 6-7 hours drive

  Bagdogra / NJP to Gangtok
• Day 2 : GANGTOK to Singhik, 5 hours drive

  The five hours drive gives tourist a new experience of nature in Sikkim and its true value. It is the place from where you get the most spectacular and closest view of Mt. Khanchendzonga. Halt/ ON (Hotel)
• Day 3 : SINGHIK to Lachung, 00-hours drive

  Lachung is a Bhutia village with a unique local self-Governing body called the Zumsa which substitutes the Panchayat.It has emerged a tourist destination with the soaring popularity of Yumthang Valley. Lachung Monastery built in 1880 under Nyingma-pa sect is a focal point of all religious functions of the local inhabitants.) Halt/ ON (Hotel)

• Day 4 : LACHUNG to Yumthang, 00-hours drive

  Yumthang is known for the Valley of Flowers with a fascinating blend of Flora and Fauna and breathtaking scenic grandeur. It is also the home of Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary with 24 species of rhododendrons. The route to Yumthang from Lachung, adjoining the Singba Forest Reserve has a very picturesque landscape and is lined with Rhododendrons which bloom in May. Yumthang Hot Spring, at an altitude of 12,000 ft. is immensely popular for its curative properties and healing power. Back to Lachung and have lunch and leave for Lachen (2750 m). (Hotel)

• Day 5 : YUMTHANG to Lachen, 00-hours drive

  Lachen, It has emerged a tourist destination with the soaring popularity of Thangu (14,000 ft) and Guru-dongmar Lake (17,800 ft.). Same day, Lachen to Guru-dongmar Lake via Thangu (it is a place where tourists usually acclimatize before they proceed to Guru-dongmar Lake. Guru-dongmar Lake is considered as one of the sacred lakes of the state both by the Buddhists and Hindus.The Lake remains milky in color throughout and it is believed that Guru Padmasambhava had touch the lake whilst he visited Tibet from this area. Back to Lachen.Halt/ON. (Hotel)
