Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  Upon arrival in Delhi you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight: Hotel in Delhi
• Day 2 : Delhi

  Early Morning Yoga Class for 2 Hours which will windup with Clapping and Laughing Exercises. Late Morning tour of Old Delhi including Rickshaw ride thru Silver Street. Overnight: Hotel in Delhi.
• Day 3 : Delhi :

  Early Morning Meditation and Spirituality Class for 3 Hours Late Morning tour of New Delhi including Bahai (Lotus) Temple to learn Meditation as per Bahai (Brotherhood) Religion. Overnight: Hotel in Delhi.
• Day 4 : Delhi/Rishikesh via Haridwar

  Morning drive to Haridwar and have a bath in the Holy Ganges at Har Ki Pauri or 'Doorstep of Gods'. Later drive to Rishikesh. Afternoon visit Yoga Centres where workshop on Yoga is arranged. Overnight: Hotel in Rishikesh.

• Day 5 : Rishikesh

  Early morning visit Yoga centre. Afternoon visit Yoga centre followed by lecture by Yoga Scholar. Overnight in Rishikesh.
• Day 6 : Rishikesh/Delhi

  Morning drive Rishikesh/Delhi & tour Terminates here.
