Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Kolkata

  Arrive Kolkata and meet the representative at the arrival hall and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 2 : Kolkata - Bagdogra (By Flight) - Gangtok

  Morning after breakfast, transfer to the airport to board the flight for Bagdogra. Upon arrival, drive to Gangtok (approx. 125Kms / 04 hours) which is capital of Sikkim, Gangtok. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel and evening is free for leisure walks or explore the local market. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 3 : Gangtok

  Morning after breakfast start your city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok & Hanuman Tok, Rumtek Monastery, Banjhakri Falls, Cottage Industry, Dro-dul-Chorten, Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sunday) and Flower Exhibition Centre. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Gangtok - Lachen

  Today after breakfast drive to Lachen (approx. 110Kms / 06 hours) enroute visit Singhik View point, Seven Sister Water Fall, Naga Water Fall. Lachen is a remote village in North Sikkim and the winter home for Tibetan nomadic tribes against the backdrop of towering snow peaks, alpine flower valleys, and vast plateau. This is the base for exploring the high altitude Gurudongmar Lake and trekking to Green Lake (Depending upon prior permission). Upon arrival check-in at the hotel and relax amidst the comforts of your room. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Lachen - Thangu - Chopta Valley - Gurudongmar Lake - Lachen

  Have early breakfast and leave for Thangu Village (4100m / 13450ft), a remote high altitude village of Tibetan Nomads and Chopta Valley on your way to the Gurudongmar Lake.
  
  Thangu valley occupies a very broad valley at the junction of Thangu Chu, Chopta Chu, & Lassur Chu. It is situated at an altitude of 14000ft.
  
  Chopta Valley is situated at a height of 14,500 ft. This Valley is also known for its flowers. This is the second valley of flowers in North Sikkim after the more famous one at Yumthang. Both the valleys erupt in a riot of colours in the month of May, June & July. Also in the month of Dec & Jan you can play in the snow or even walk across the meandering frozen Chopta River.
  From Chopta Valley drive for another 30kms in 1.5hr to Gurudongmar Lake (5225m / 17143ft) close to Tibet Border. This lake is the second highest lake in India after the Tso Lhamu Lake. If weather permits and permission is availed, proceed for Gurudongmar Lake (17,800 ft.).
  
  Gurudongmar Lake is considered as one of the sacred lakes of Sikkim both by the Buddhist and the Hindus. The lake is named after Guru Padmasambhava, the Indian tantric Buddhist who conducted rituals there. The lake remains milky in colour throughout the year and it is believed that Guru Padmasambhava had touched the lake whilst he visited Tibet from this area. Hence, a portion of the lake never freezes. After spending half an hour to one hour there, drive back to Lachen. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 6 : Lachen - Lachung

  Today after breakfast drive to Lachung (approx. 45Kms / 02 hours). Lachung is an idyllic valley surrounded by mist-shrouded mountains and great waterfalls. It is called as the flower valley, replete with 500 waterfalls, hot springs, glaciers and the majestic snow covered Himalayas. Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary located in Lachung (Yumthang Valley) is noted for its abundance of Rhododendron trees. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel and relax amidst the comforts of your room. Rest of the day is free for leisure walks or explore the area. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 7 : Lachung

  After breakfast full day excursion to Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft. known as Valley of Flowers) is noted for its abundance of Rhododendron trees. A number of hot springs are scattered in the valley providing an unexpected opportunity to feel the warmth of the water even in freezing temperatures and also visit Zero Point. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 8 : Lachung - Gangtok

  Today after breakfast drive back to Gangtok (approx. 120Kms / 05 hours) enroute witness the wonderful Bheema & Twin waterfalls. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel and evening is free for leisure walks or explore the local market. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 9 : Gangtok - Pelling

  Today after breakfast drive to Pelling (approx. 115Kms / 04 hours). Here one can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range from Pelling. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel and relax amidst the comforts of your room. Afternoon is free for leisure walks or explore the local market. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 10 : Pelling

  Today after breakfast go for a full day sightseeing tour covering Rimbi water Falls, Darap village, Sewaro Rock Garden, Khangchendzonga waterfalls, Khechepadi wishing Lake. Afternoon visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabedentse Ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim), Tikjuk view point, Helipad ground. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 11 : Pelling - Darjeeling

  Today after breakfast drive to Darjeeling (approx. 75Kms / 03 hours) and enjoying the hill drive crossing numerous hill gardens. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel and relax amidst the comforts of your room. Afternoon is free for leisure walks or explore the local market. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 12 : Darjeeling

  Today very early in the morning around 3.30am will drive to visit the Tiger hill (it is the sunrise point over Mt. Khangchendzonga), the glimpse of sunrise from here will give you a different charm. Further we will return to city and on the way back we will visit Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop.
  Post breakfast we will go on sightseeing tour of Darjeeling which includes Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday) and various Tea estate. Late afternoon is free for leisure walks or explore the local market. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 13 : Darjeeling - Bagdogra - Kolkata (By Flight)

  Morning after breakfast drive directly to Bagdogra airport (approx. 80Kms / 03 陆 hours) to board flight for Kolkata. Upon arrival, rest of the day is free to explore the city or for individual activities.
  
  Late night transfer to the airport for your departure flight for onward destination.
