Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin - Parambikulam

  Pick up from Cochin, drive to Parambikulam (04 Hrs). Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary is the most protected ecological piece of Anamalai sub unit of Western Ghats, surrounded on all sides by protected areas and sanctuaries of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, the sanctuary is endowed with a peninsular flora and fauna which are excellently conserved due to total protection and minimal human interferences. Stay overnight

  • Hotspots Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary
• Day 2 : Parambikulam

  The sanctuary being a major ecological continuum from Peechhi to Eravikulam through Anamalai aids the large viable populations of wildlife. It is the home ground for different races of indigenous people who are as well an integral part of the prevailing harmonious ecosystem. Stay overnight
• Day 3 : Parambikulam 鈥� Munnar (04 Hrs)

  Drive to Munnar and check in to Hotel. Day free to relax and stay overnight
• Day 4 : Munnar

  Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted.

• Day 5 : Munnar 鈥� Gavi (05 Hrs)

  Drive to Gavi and check in to forest camp. Spread across the beauty of Periyar Tiger Reserve, Gavi is a quiet, beautiful and pristine forest haven. It is at 3400 ft above MSL. Stay overnight
• Day 6 : Gavi

  These evergreen forests are abundant with magnificent Wildlife including the tiger, elephants, leopards, bears, Indian gaur, sambar, barking & Mouse deers, lion tailed macaque, other varieties of monkeys, Nilgiri Marten and a lot more. Enjoy the trekking with experienced guides. Other activities are Jungle Safari by jeep and boating at Lake. Stay overnight

• Day 7 : Gavi 鈥� Kumarakom (04 Hrs Drive) - Overnight House Boat

  Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. Check in time is 01:00 PM and cruise starts with lunch. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Food will be served onboard. Overnight stay in the houseboat
• Day 8 : Alleppey

  After a refreshing breakfast served onboard, check out from the houseboat and drive to Alleppey, an important backwater destination attracting thousands of tourists every year, who come all the way to enjoy Alleppey for what it offers. Referred to as the 鈥淰enice of the East鈥�, the place is home to diverse animal and bird life. Alleppey is also famous for its beaches, marine products, coir industry and boat races. A singularity of this land is the region called 鈥淜UTTANAD鈥� 鈥� a land of lush paddy fields referred to as the rice bowl of Kerala and one of the few places in the world where farming is done below sea level. • Day 9 : Drop / Departure from Cochin

  Get dropped at Cochin airport / railway station (depend on your departure place) for your flight / train back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the 鈥淕od鈥檚 Own Country鈥�.
