Package Overview

Dharamshala, also known as the Scotland of India, is one of the hill station which was established by the British between 1815 and 1847. This hill station is situated in the northern state of the Himachal Pradesh. Dharamshala is the district headquarters of Kangra district. This hill station lies on the spur of the Dhauladhar range about 18 kms. north east of Kangra town.
Dalhousie is a quiet town in Himachal Pradesh. Dalhousie covers an area of 14 square km and surrounded by alpine vegetation. This hill station spreads over five low-level hills at the western edge of the Dhauladhar range, just east of the Ravi River. The pine-covered slopes around it are intersected with paths and treks, which are ideal for short undemanding walks. This town is gateway to the Chamba Valley, and was established in 1854 AD by the British governor-general Lord Dalhousie.Train /flight any sight seeing

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Dharamshala (520Kms. Time Taken 09 to 10 Hours)

  Pick up from pre decide palace in Delhi and proceed to Dharamshala on the way take dinner. Overnight journey to Dharamshala.
• Day 2 : Dharamshala - Maclodganj

  Upon arrival at Dharamshala check in to pre booked hotel and rest at your room, After rest you may go for a guided local sight-seeing of Mcleodganj flee market, Buddhist monastery (commonly called H.H.Dalailama temple), St. John church, dal lake and naddi. Back to the hotel at lunch time. Evening free for leisure and Local sightseeing , Dinner at hotel
  Overnight at Dharamshala.

  After early breakfast, visit Chinmayatapovan- a modern temple on vedanta, norbuilinga- a tibetian cultural center, chamundadevi temple, brijeshwari temple at kangra, jwalamukhi temple at jwalaji and back to hotel in the evening Dharamshala , Dinner at Hotel.

  After breakfast Going from Dalhousie to Khajjiar is a soothing experience as you drive through the beautiful Bakrota Hills. As you keep on going, after some time, you enter the 'Kalatop Khajjiar Sanctuary' and you also see the beautiful 'LakkarMandi'. The whole journey is enjoyable because the road leads you through the magnificent 'Deodar' forests. You can easily notice the deep quietness in the environment which adds to the beautiful experience of the entire journey to Khajjiar.
  You can visit here Khajjiar Nag Temple and Khajjiar Lake, lunch at your own, evening back to hotel and enjoy the dinner ,

• Day 7 : Dalhousie - Dharamshala (125 Kms. Time take 02 hours 30 Minute) - Delhi

  After breakfast Check out from hotel , you can visit churches and SUBHASH BAOLI , PANCHPULA and proceed to Dharamshala, upon arrival Dharamshala ,pick the bus for Delhi.
  Overnight journey at Bus.
