Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kottayam - Thekkady

  You are greeted on arrival at Kottayam Railway station by TripCo Tours representative and there after you will be moved to Thekkady by road in a 14 seated cab (110 Kms, 4 hrs). After reaching there, you will check in to the Hotel and then can enjoy boating in Periyar in the evening (optional). Periyar wild life reserve is home to nomadic tribes of wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more. Later you could enjoy the Kumili town and you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Overnight stay at Hotel.
• Day 2 : Idukki - Wagamon

  Today morning after breakfast drive to Idukki Arch dam ( 65 km ) through the forest roads. The Idukki Dam is a double curvature arch dam constructed across the Periyar River in a narrow gorge between two granite hills Kuravan and Kurathi in Kerala, India. At 167.68 metres, it is one of the highest arch dams in Asia. You could enjoy scenic view of the Idukki dam from the view point. Boating will be available on special holidays organized by the government.
  
  After having lunch from Idukki you will be driven to the beautiful Vagamon Hill station (50 Kms). You can enjoy a peaceful stay at vagamon.

• Day 3 : Wagamon - Parunthumpara View Point - Kottayam

  You can enjoy the beautiful Pine forests, green meadows and tree plantations in the morning. After breakfast we will check out from the hotel/home stay and will proceed to the scenic view point Parunthumpara view point and will proceed to Kottayam railway station.
