Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Makassar / Depart to Tana Toraja

  Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, you will meet with our Tour Guide. Then transfer with approx. 8 hours drive to Tana Toraja, passing through the Buginese villages with its typical wooden houses on poles. Stop will be made at a fishermen village in Barru, and if we are lucky we can see the traditional Buginese Pa鈥檅agan fisher-boat which seems like catamaran. Lunch will be served at a seafood restaurant in Pare-Pare. In the afternoon, stop at Puncak Lakawan for coffee-break while enjoy the spectacular view of the erotic Mt. Buttukabobong. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Rantepao the capital of North Toraja Regency. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Full Day Tana Toraja Tour

  After breakfast, we will take you on a full day Toraja tour. First, we will visit Lemo hanging graves with their rows of Tau-Tau sculptures, Tampangallo, an ancient and natural grave in a cave with its entombed deceased, Kambira the baby graves on tree which called 鈥� Tarra Tree 鈥�. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, we will have an easy walking tour from Bebo to Karuaya. At last we will visit Kete鈥� Kesu, a beautiful local Torajan village which has been listed on the world heritage book where we can see old Tongkonan houses with rice barns and ancient hanging graves on the cliff-side. Then we back to the Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Full Day Tana Toraja

  After breakfast, we will take you on another full day tour around Tana Toraja. In the morning, we will visit Londa to see the strangest graves of the world. Then proceed to Pasar Bolu to see the buffalo market, Bori鈥� ancient monolith stones which have been nailed since the past of 600 years. Onwards to Pallawa a local Toraja village with unique formation of its Tongkonan houses. Then we will take you to Tinombayo highland & Batutumonga. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. Then we will visit Lokomata a grave on a giant rock. Proceed to Suloara to start our 1-2 hours easy walking tour to Kapalapitu. After enough time, back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Toraja鈥攑endolo/lake Poso

  After breakfast, check out hotel. Then proceed to Pendolo via Palopo, where the road from Toraja to Palopo offers one of the most exotic mountainous views in Indonesia. Lunch en-route. In the afternoon, arrive in Pendolo, a small district located on the south-shore of Lake Poso, the Indonesia鈥檚 clearest water lake. Today we enter the Central Sulawesi territory. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Boat Trip Pendolo鈥攖entena

  After breakfast, we will have a boat trip crossing the Lake Poso to Tentena. This boat trip offers a scenic view of tropical lake surrounded by mountains and forests. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Tentena. After lunch, we will have a soft walking tour to the local villages to explore the daily life style of Pamona people. In the afternoon check in at hotel in Tentena, while try to catch the beautiful sunset over the Lake Poso.

• Day 6 : Tentena 鈥� Palu鈥攄onggala

  After breakfast, drive to Donggala. On the way we will visit Saluopa waterfall, a multi stepped waterfall which situated on a natural countryside. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, arrive in Tanjung Karang. Dinner and overnight stay at Prince John Resort.

• Day 9 : Donggala鈥攎outong

  After breakfast, take a scenic drive to Moutong with many photo-stops en route. On the way we can enjoy some spectacular mountainous panorama and local villages with typical life style. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Moutoung. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 10 : Moutong鈥攇orontalo

  Today we will pass the equator by driving to Gorontalo, the youngest province in Sulawesi. On the way we will find many picturesque view; such as some wonderful seashore with fishermen villages. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Gorontalo. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 11 : Gorontalo鈥攎anado

  After breakfast, set out to Manado鈥攖he capital town of North Sulawesi province passing through the coastal areas with their coconut plantation. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, arrive in Manado. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 12 : Full Day Minahasa Highland Tour (b,L,D)

  You may spend your day for Minahasan cultures and scenery from the highland place. Start from your hotel visiting the highest Jesus Statue in Asia, 鈥淢onumen Yesus Memberkati鈥� that residing in the Citraland Housing Area, Tinoor spot, you can enjoy the beauty of Manado from the high. Tomohon city, a windy and cool city famous for its flowers, volcanoes and the smiling people. Tomohon traditional wet market, selling vegetables, traditional food of Minahasan such as wild pig, Dog, mice even snake. Temboan hilltop, if not cloudy you can enjoy the fantastic panorama of line of vegetables, farms, Bitung port and Tondano Lake with rice field surroundings. Lunch at Tondano Lake. After Lunch visiting Pulutan village the producers of clay potteries made in traditional way. Visiting Linow Lake in Lahendong the sulfuric and sunshine, Woloan village; this village made Minahasan traditional wooden house. In the afternoon, we will go back to Manado and directly go to hotel. Dinner and stay overnight.
• Day 13 : Full Day Tangkoko National Park Tour (b,L,D)

  After breakfast, transfer to Tangkoko and start to Tangkoko Jungle Trekking on the way stop at Sawangan village to see Waruga stone graves of Minahasan ancestors. We will ensure that your jungle trekking here will be exciting and unforgettable experience. Tangkoko Nature Reserve rich whit its biodiversity of Flora and Fauna. Few of Sulawesi endemic species can be found here such as Macaca Nigra,Tarsius Spectrum, Uliurops Ursinus, Rhyticheros cassidix, and many kinds of birds, also much kind of trees and plants such as Pitcher plant, Ficus, Palaqium, etc. Return to Manado, dinner, transfer to Hotel.
• Day 14 : Full Day Bunaken Island Tour (b,L,D)

  After breakfast transfer to Manado bay and then travel by boat to Bunaken Island, it will take around 45 minutes from Manado bay. Transfer to catamaran (boat glass) to enjoy the most beautiful and colorful coral reef formation as well as thousand species of fish and others marine life. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Bunaken. Souvenir hunting or Snorkeling at Bunaken Island (optional tour) to see the beauty of Bunaken National Park directly. In the afternoon back to Manado. Dinner will be served at a seafood restaurant in Kalasey.
• Day 15 : Free Program / Transfer Airport (b)
