Leh is another important district in Jammu and Kashmir. It is at an altitude of 3,524 m above sea level. The most famous tourist spot here is the Leh Palace. Though Leh and Ladakh are remote areas, they are the must-visit places for all nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Another famous place in Ladakh, which is part of this Leh Ladakh 4 nights 5 days itinerary, is the Nubra Valley. It is located in the northeastern side of the Ladakh valley. The capital of Nubra Valley is Diskit, which is famous for the Diskit Monastery. The average height of the Nubra Valley is around 3,048 meters above the sea level. The most common way to Nubra Valley is through the Khardungla Pass. It is the highest motorable road in the world.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : (Ladakh)Leh

  On arrival at Leh airport, you will be met by our representative at the airport and escort you to Hotel. Complete day for the acclimatization which is 3500 Mtrs above sea level. In the evening short walk around Leh bazaar Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 2 : (Ladakh)Leh 鈥� Monasteries

  Day excursion to the famous monasteries, it is interesting to visit early in the morning to enjoy the praying ceremony at Thiksey monastery. Continue drive to Hemismonastery which is one of the most famous monasteries of the Ladakh region. On the way back visit to Shey Palace, Sindu Darshan and Ranchoo school. Overnightat Hotel.

• Day 3 : (Ladakh)Leh

  After Breakfast visit Hall of Fame, GurudwaraPathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill & Sangam View where Indus &Zanskar River meet. Drive back to Leh. Afternoon visit to Shanti Stupa Located on the hilltop at Changspa. The Stupa was constructed by a Japanese Buddhist organization, known as 'The Japanese for World Peace'. The aim behind the construction of the Stupa was to commemorate 2500 years of Buddhism and to promote World Peace. Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 4 : (Ladakh)Leh 鈥� Pangong -leh

  After breakfast leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. While ascending Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the villages below the pass. Continue drive to Tsoltak, the summer pastureland of the yaks. Arrive Durbuk and from there a short drive takes you to the western shore of the lake. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. This famous blue brackish Lake of Pangong is 5/6 Kms wide and over 144 Kms long with half of it鈥檚 running the other side of the 鈥淚NDO CHINA BORDER鈥�. One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. In the evening return back, overnight stay at leh.

  Transfer in time to the airport to connect onwards flight for Delhi.
