. A protected area nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas renowned for its bird and wildlife species alongside the Sessa Orchid Sanctuary, in the northeast and Pakhui Tiger Sanctuary in the east near the Kameng River. This sanctuary holds a treasure due to its biodiversity and stunning natural beauty. The variation in altitude ranging from 500 meters to 3250 meters and its geo-location makes it one of the most biodiversity rich places in the world. And it is considered one of the must visit places for birders in India.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  o We will meet at Tezpur / Guwahati Airport
  o A special vehicle will take us towards our stay at Tenga Market .
  o We will visit the Orchid research center and Sanctuary on our way to Tenga .
  o After reaching to our destination we will check in into the hotel for the dinner and overnight stay.

  • Themes Jungle Safari
• Day 2 : Lama Camp - Eaglenest

  o Early Wakeup at 4.30/5.00 AM .
  o ( The sunrise in this region is very early and we need to proceed for the birding as early as possible )
  o We either will take our breakfast packed with us or have it at Lama camp in between our birding session .
  o Birding at Lama Camp for the full day .
  o Return back for Evening tea and Snacks by 5.00 PM
  o Dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Bompu Camp

  o Early Wakeup at 4.30/5.00 AM .
  o Check out from the hotel to proceed to Bompu Camp .
  o Check in and move out for full day birding .
  o Return to the camp for dinner and Overnight stay .

• Day 4 : Bompu Camp

  o Wakeup at 6.00 AM
  o Full day Birding at and around Bompu Camp .
  o Return to the camp for dinner and Overnight stay .

• Day 5 : Dirang

  o Wakeup at 5.30 AM
  o Leave for Dirang .
  o Visit Bomdila & Dirang Monastery enroute .
  o Overnight stay at Dirang.

• Day 6 : Mandala Top

  o Wakeup at 5.30 AM
  o Leave for Mandala Top
  o Proceed to Sela Pass.
  o Overnight stay at Dirang.

• Day 7 : Return Journey via Tippi Orchid research centre and Sanctuary

  o Wakeup at 5.30 AM
  o Proceed back to our return Journey towards Tezpur .
  o Journey ends.
