Thailand Tourist Visa Details:

To visit Thailand, Indian citizens have two options to obtain Thai Visa:

To obtain Visa before your holidays, you need to apply for Thai Visa.听 Visa application can be made online as well as offline. Tourist Visa has听 validity period of 30 days to maximum of 60 days.

The Documents Required for the Thai Visa:

The VISA ON ARRIVAL allows Indian Citizens to enter Thailand under听 this rule provided that they meet following requirements:

鈼徧�听听听 The visit is strictly for tourism purposes.

鈼徧�听听听 The passport must be genuine and should be valid for at least 180听 days.

鈼徧�听听听 You must have a valid address in Thailand whether a hotel or听 apartment that can be verified.

鈼徧�听听听 You must have a confirmed return ticket to show that they are听 flying out of Thailand within 15 days of entry, as appropriate.

鈼徧�听听听 You may be asked to show your flight ticket on entering Thailand.听 If you do not possess a flight ticket to show you will be exiting听 Thailand within 15 days of entry you will be most likely to be refused听 entry.

Note - Open tickets do not qualify. Travelling overland out of Thailand听 by train, bus, etc to Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia (including en route to听 Singapore), Myanmar, etc is not accepted as proof of exiting Thailand.

It will also be necessary to prove that you have funds of at least 20,000听 THB per person and 40,000 THB per family during your stay in听 Thailand.

A fee of 2,000 THB per person is payable upon entry and is subject to听 change without notice. It must be paid in cash and Thai currency only.

Terms & Conditions:

1.听听听听听听 All given rates are per person on Twin/Double sharing basis,听 until unless specified specially in Quotation.

2.听听听听听听 Package cost at quotation level is based on real time available听 seats. There may be a change in price depending upon the Occupancy听 level at the time of confirmation of Package. Any such change will be听 specified accordingly. S.B.T.N.TRAVELS will not hold any services on听 confirmed basis until written acknowledgement from Client.

3.听听听听听听 The offered group package is fixed in terms of itinerary, routing听 and services. Client opting for fix departure packages are expected to听 adhere the plan as per itinerary. In any case, there will be no听 amendment in plan, based on personal requirements.

4.听听听听听听 The offered group package comprises of different inseparable听 components of services linked with each other in a time-bound series听 and hence services will be delivered in pre-decided order only.

5.听听听听听听 Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and听 based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern听 region/City or general trend of market. These will be specified at the听 time of quotation/Communication. 听

6.听听听听听听 Room allotment in Fixed departures are usually on confirmed听 basis but in case of unavailability of rooms in given Hotels due to any听 unexpected scenario/technical fault, alternate accommodation听 arrangement will be made in similar standard available Hotel. This will听 not bring any change in any scheduled activity.

7.听听听听听听 Room occupancy will strictly be in accordance with the one听 confirmed at the time of booking.

8.听听听听听听 In case of Triple sharing room, rolling mattress will be provided听 for third person. Occupancy regulations for Family rooms and other听 Club rooms will be in accordance with Hotel鈥檚 policy.

9.听听听听听听 For the issuance of flight ticket, full payment to be deposited.听 S.B.T.N.TRAVELS will not hold any Air ticket on confirmed basis听 without final payment of air tickets share.

10.听听 Client shall share passenger details with correct and accurate听 information as per valid ID Card, at the time of booking. Any听 amendment in issued flight tickets, like 鈥� Change in Dates, Names,听 timing, airline or any other information will attract amendment charges听 as per Airline鈥檚 amendment Policies.

11.听听 Flight ticket cancellation / Refund is strictly in accordance with听 Airline鈥檚 cancellation/Refund policies.

12.听听 S.B.T.N.TRAVELS Shall not be responsible for any Loss of听 Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at Airport or听 anywhere else.

13.听听 Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to听 the airport. S.B.T.N.TRAVELS shall not be responsible for any听 incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight听 due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in听 connecting flights or any other reason related with airline鈥檚听 governance like 鈥� Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by听 Airline or any other factor.

14.听听 It is expected to report the assembly point as per pre-defined听 timings. In any such case, where client is not able to join the听 departure/Flight/Sightseeing due to any reason which result in delay in听 joining the group, will considered no show after waiting for justified听 pre-decided waiting time.

15.听听 Vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in听 the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified /听 common route.

16.听听 Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on disposable basis.听 Any travel, after the activity decided in tour will not be permitted. Late听 evening / late night drive apart from designed plan will be prohibited.

17.听听 There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance听 by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the听 nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be听 managed by Client.

18.听听 Vehicle will not be allocated on the leisure day (day free for听 relaxation), as specified in itinerary.

19.听听听 Air Condition in Vehicles will not be operational on hilly areas听 (due to mechanical reasons). Driver reserves the rights to switch off听 /operate AC as per the terrain鈥檚, Climate and Vehicle鈥檚 conditions.

20.听听 Vehicle in Group departures will be on sharing basis. Guests are听 expected to maintain harmony with other travelers to ensure maximum听 enjoyment on tour. Any misbehavior will lead to the discontinuation of听 Tour.

21.听听 Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges听 including but not limited to charges in relation to parking,听 transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc will not be听 included in the package until and Unless so specified specially in听 inclusion section.

22.听听 The above mentioned package may not be available with听 displayed price during Long Week-ends, National Holidays and听 Regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which听 will be specified at the time of communication.

23.听听听 In case of amendment in package due to increase in number of听 Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.

24.听听 Any charges related with on-ground modification/addition of听 service, which is opted by Client by his/her own choice and not听 affecting rest of the tour itinerary or group departure, will have to be听 paid directly to Driver/Supplier on the behalf of S.B.T.N.TRAVELS.

25.听听 S.B.T.N.TRAVELS reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour听 package, in part or in whole, at any time prior to the commencement of听 the tour or a particular part of the tour, as the case may be, for any听 reason including but not limited to the act of god, act of Human听 whether or not unforeseen and / or unexpected etc. In all such cases,听 refund will be processed according to the Cancellation policy of听 S.B.T.N.TRAVELS as applicable at that specific point of time

26.听听 S.B.T.N.TRAVELS Shall not be held responsible for any听 refund/Charges, in case of services booked of non-refundable nature.听 S.B.T.N.TRAVELS鈥檚 liability in relation to the Package shall at all times听 be limited to those circumstances where an express liability has been听 cast on it under these Terms.

27.听听 Special payment and cancellation policy may be applicable during听 peak season/Blackout dates. These dates usually 鈥� City Events,听 Regional/National Holidays, Political Conferences, Major Cultural听 festivals or any other Event which can affect regular tourist movement.

28.听听 In case of any on ground issues with any third party,听 S.B.T.N.TRAVELS shall try to support in all possible ways but shall not听 be held liable for the act and hence will not be liable for any sort of听 compensation.

29.听听 In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure听 incident, S.B.T.N.TRAVELS reserves the rights to modify/change or听 cancel the partial or complete tour Package. S.B.T.N.TRAVELS shall听 not be held responsible for refund/Compensation in any such听 circumstances.
