Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Srinagar (arrival)**

Morning having breakfast and drive to Srinagar covering patnitop sightseeing on the way. Later evening arrival at srinagar and transfer to hotel. Check in at Hotel and fresh n up and Overnight stay at Shimla
Day 2 : Srinagar to Sonmarg sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for sonmarg. Full day sightseeing sonmarg. Early evening arrival at Srinagar and proceed to visit Srinagar sightseeing(mugal garden and shankrachariya temple). Later back to hotel dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 : Srinagar to Gulmarg

Morning have breakfast at hotel later check out hotel and drive to gulmarg. Gulmarg is a town, a hill station, a popular skiing destination and a notified area committee in the Baramula district of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Arrival at gulmarg. Transfer to hotel. Check-in hotel. Later proceed to sightseeing gulmarg golf club, apparwath , baba reshi shrine temple. covering kullu on the way.Evening back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 : Gulmarg to pahelgaam

Morning have breakfast. Check-out hotel and proceed to visit remaining gulmarg sightseeing. Later proceed to pahelgam. Arrival at pahelgam. Hotel check-in fresh n up and proceed to covering pahelgam local sightseeing( betaab valley and mameshwar temple). Later back to hotel and overnight stay.

Day 5 : Pahalgam to Srinagar

Morning have breakfast and proceed for sightseeing sheshnaag lake. Later drive back to Srinagar. Arrival at Srinagar visit to shalimarg bag and pari mehal. Later visit to lal chok market. Evening stay at dal lake house boat.

The above itinerary is suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.

Check in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels.

Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.

Company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.

Dollar rates are applicable only to Foreign nationals & Indians possessing foreign passports, while the INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals.

All the disputes are subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction only.

Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.

If the Company is unable to provide accommodations at the booked hotels due to natural or unavoidable circumstances that interrupt the expected course of events, the clients will be provided with equivalent or higher category accommodations.

HOTEL CHECKIN & CHECKOUT POLICY

Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check in.

You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check in

CheckIn time is 12:00/1400 hours and the CheckOut time is 10:00/1200 hours.

Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms.

Reservation Policy:

Confirmation of Hotel Rooms / House boat is subject to the availability.

Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment i.e..., 50 % of the payment as advance & balance on or before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking /Transportation: No retention charge.

Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking /Transportation :50 % retention

Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking /Transportation or Non Utilization of the same : 100 % Retention.

There will be no retention charges for Hotel Bookings/Transportation if cancellation is done within 40 days prior to arrival of guests. After that 100% retention . This Cancellation Policy will be applicable only during Diwali and Christmas Periods for the groups.
