Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Arrive at Srinagar airport meet & greet with our tour representative & drive to hotel / houseboat, Check in after having some rest you will proceed to local sightseeing tour visit, Shankara Acharya Temple, Pari Mahal (Palace of Fairies), Botanical Garden, Mughal Gardens, Chesma Shahi (Mughal Spring), Nishat Garden (The Garden of Bliss), Shalimar Garden (The Abode of Love), Tulip Garden. Evening at your own leisure, return to hotel Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Srinagar to Gulmarg

  After breakfast in the morning, we will begin our country side day trip towards Gulmarg. We arrive at a small picturesue market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. We arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and begin a short tour around the meadow familarising ourselves with the beauty. In Gulmarg we will board the Gondola cable car system, and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so and later do some horse-riding to the strawberry valley. In the evening we will drive back to Srinagar where we can take a walk along the banks of the Dal Lake or simply rest in the cosy rooms of our hotel. Dinner and Overnight in hotel

• Day 3 : Sonmarg - Srinagar

  Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold) – It is a place of enthralling beauty, lies in Sindh Valley, streamed with flowers, surrounded by mountains and perched at an altitude of 2690 m above sea level. Visited less frequently by tourists, it has as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a clear sky. It is a quiet alpine retreat surrounded with sycamore, silver birch, fir and pine trees and the last halt on the Kashmir side for the drive from Srinagar to Leh. It is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. After having your lunch at local restaurant, feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. You can enjoy Horse ride at Sonmarg (Optional). Afternoon drive back from Sonmarg to Srinagar. Overnight stay at houseboat.

• Day 4 : Departure

  After breakfast proceed for a scenic drive to Gulmarg. Gulmarg (Meadow of Gold). Gulmark was discovered as a tourist destination by the British in the 19th century. Prior to that, Mughal emperors vacationed in the Gulmarg valley which is about 03 kms long and up-to 01 km wide. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilangmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Known as (Gondola). Later drive back to Srinagar. On arrival check-in at houseboat. Overnight stay at houseboat. Next Day After breakfast transfer to Airport for your onward destination
