  Yapahuwa was one of the ephemeral capitals of medieval Sri Lanka. Yapahuwa is located in the Wayamba province of Sri Lanka. Of all the ancient ruins in the country the Rock Fortress Complex of Yapahuwa is considered to be quite remarkable despite the fact that it isn't famous among most visitors. However, it is renowned as one of the best archeological site in the country. Yapahuwa environment is suitable for a holistic holiday and ideal location for traditional Ayurveda treatments.   After breakfast, visit Anuradhapura.
  
  Anuradhapura which was founded in the 04th century B.C. has the largest number of Ancient monuments which flourished in this region. Visit the Royal Palaces, Shrines, Dagobas and Sri Maha Bodhi. Taking pride of place is the Sri Maha Bodhi, the Bo Tree grown from a branch of the very tree under which the Lord Buddha attained enlightenment the oldest historically documented tree in the world, over 2200 year old. At Anuradhapura we can visit to Queen's Palace, Ritigala, Kuttam Pokuna and more.

• Day 5 : Dambulla

  After breakfast, visit to Dambulla.
  
  Dambulla Is A Famed Royal Rock Temple Is An Iconic Sri Lankan Image. You鈥檒l Be Familiar With Its Spectacular Buddha-filled Interior Long before You Arrive in Town. The Area Is Thought To Be Inhabited From As Early As The 7th to 3rd Century. Statues And Paintings In These Caves Date Back To The 1st Century. But the Paintings And Statues Were Repaired And Repainted In The 11th, 12th, And 18th Century.
  
  Major attractions of the area include the largest and best preserved cave temple complex of Sri Lanka, and the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, famous for being built in just 167 days. The area also boasts the largest rose quartz mountain range in South Asia, and the Iron wood forest, or Na Uyana Aranya.
