12 Days / 11 Nights classic Jeep Safari (Pickup from Delhi) to one of the remotest regions of Himachal Pradesh via Spiti Valley and Kinnaur. It involves visiting remote valleys, villages and crossing over high mountain passes providing spectacular views of snow capped peaks, rugged terrain and old monasteries. Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Manali

  Pickup from Delhi and drive to Manali.
• Day 2 : Manali

  Manali Local Sight Seeing.
• Day 3 : Manali to Batal (100 km)

  Travel by jeep from Manali to Batal over the Rohtang Pass (4580 m), overnight in tents in Batal.
• Day 4 : Batal to Kaza (80 km)

  Travel from Batal to Kaza by jeep over the Kunjum Pass (4558m). Overnight in tents in Kaza..
• Day 5 : Kaza

  Morning visit to KI Monastery (12kms from Kaza ) Centuries old gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors and one time acted as a fort also visit the small gompa at kibber 8 kms further ahead.
• Day 6 : Kaza to Sichling

  Visiting Pin Valley the land of ibex and snow leopard also visit to an old monastery Gungri in Pin Valley. Overnight in tents.

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys
• Day 7 : Sichling to Tabo (46 Km)

  Travel from Sichling to Tabo by jeep en route visiting Dhankar gompa. This gompa rests high over the valley and is a stupendous example for local archetecture. It is regarded to have once been a fort and was also the residence of the ruler of Spiti. Also visit the Lalung gompa. Overnight in tents.

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys
• Day 8 : Tabo to Nako (69 km)

  Travel by surface from Tabo to Nako. On arrival at Nako a beautiful village located by the bank of lake, setup camp visit the village and the Buddhist temple.
• Day 9 : Nako to Kalpa (125 km)

  From Nako to Kalpa en route visiting confluence of Satluj and Spiti river at Khab. Overnight in tents.
• Day 10 : Kalpa to Sangla (80 km)

  Kalpa to Sangla enroute visiting Kamru fort and village. Overnight in tents.

  • Hotspots Kamru Fort
• Day 11 : Sangla to Saharan (91 km)

  Travel from Sangla to Sarahan by jeep , on arrival check in hotel afternoon visit the famous Bhimakali temple regarded as one of the Shaktipeeths.

  • Hotspots Bhimakali Temple
• Day 12 : Sangla to Delhi

  Drive back to Delhi
