Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Ahmedabad-Somnath: ( 387 Kms 6.5 Hrs )

  Upon arrival at the Ahmedabad Airport meet our friendly representative and transfer to Somnath. Somnath Junagadh gate, a main attraction in Somanth is the prime gateway to Somanth. One can enter the temple town from the nearest city Veraval only through this gate. This is a triple gate with his torical significance and is an ancient structure which was built many centuries back. This is a striking gate with many intricate carvings on the gate walls.
  
  It is through this gate the foreign invader Mahmud Gazni broke it to enter the holy city and destroyed the temples in the town and looted the great wealth.. The foreign invader ruined most parts of the structure as well during his invasion to the city. Over night stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Somnath-Dwaraka: ( 210Kms - 5 Hrs )

  After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed for sightseeing of Dwaraka. It is believed that Dwarka is the dwelling place of Lord Krishna. The Dwarakadhish Temple is the main attraction of the Dwarka & Bet Dwaraka. Visit Rukmini Temple, Here you can also see the convergence of River Gomti and Arabian Sea. Later in the evening return to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Dwaraka

  Afrer Breakfast proceed for Samudra Narayana Templesituated at the Gomathi Sangamwhich is at the back of the main Dwarakish Temple. The Diety in the Samudra Temple is Goddes Gomati,The Temple is surrounded by Panchanda Tirtha, Which Comprises 5 Wells that have sweet water.
  
  Evening you can visit Dwaraka Light House, Dwarka Lighthouse was constructed at Rupen Creek during the early 19th century. In order to lift a lamp, a flag mast was posted at the port, which thereafter served a s a lighthouse. In 1866, eighteen metres tall square tower was constructed at this site, along with an installation of an oil wick lamp.The present day tower measures around 43 metres in height and was constructed between 1960 and 1962. On 15th July 1962, this lighthouse was inaugurated by the then transport minister Mr. Raj Bahadur.
  
  In addition to the tower, a RCC Baffle wall was constructed at the site for installing the sound horn equipment and vibrators that can work as fog signals. In 1988, this fog signal service was terminated.
  
  Further, on 15th April 1964, this lighthouse was commissioned with other advanced facilities. From this lighthouse, travellers can see the panoramic sight of sunset. This lighthouse is located at a distance of 35 km from the main town and features serene atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing.

  After Breakfast checkout and proceed to Ahmedabad upon arrival check in to the hotel and if time permit proceed for the rest of the sightseeing in Ahmedabad. Visit Gandhi Ashram, Hathee Singh Jain Temple, Kankaria Lake, Bhadra Fort, Teen Darwaza etc, & local sightseeing. Overnight Stay at the hotel.
