Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVAL & TRANSFER TO DARJEELING

  Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) - He will assist guest for the forwarding journey to Darjeeling– Reach Darjeeling and check into the hotel - In the evening one is free to stroll around Mall / local market - Overnight stay at Darjeeling Hotel.

• Day 2 : DARJEELING LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

  Early morning (at around 4 AM) start for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise (Depending on the availability of token /Subject to clear whether (rainy whether),/ if not possible at the time of Sunrise, then it will be covered in day time.) Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, War Memorial. Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Tea garden and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (Close on Thursday). Sightseeing places are dynamically set depending upon local authority permission and time factors. it is may not possible to visit all the places but the important ones are covered for the satisfaction of guest. Rest of the day is free for individual activity. Overnight stay at Darjeeling Hotel.

• Day 3 : DARJEELING TO GANGTOK

  Early morning have breakfast and drive to Gangtok - Gangtok is a perfect destination for tourist in search of enchantment, tranquility, trekking or any other adventure - Land of monastery, mystic rituals / festivals at an elevation of 1,437 meters / 4,715 feet is the most often visited spot of India for its rare Orchids and Butterflies - Check into Hotel - Evening free to stroll to M.G. Marg or Local Market - It is advisable to have food in any of the restaurant in M G Road or vicinity - Over night stay at hotel in Gangtok Hotel.

• Day 4 : CHANGU LAKE-BABA EXCURSION

  After breakfast day excursion to the oval shaped changu lake /Tsomgo Lake (40 kms from Gangtok departure in the morning) - situated at a height of 3,780 mts. with an average depth of 50 ft and home to the Brahminy duck and several migratory birds. On the way stop at Kyongnosla The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Travel to Baba Mandir another 17 kms beyond Tsongo lake. Return to Gangtok. Overnight halt at Gangtok Hotel.

• Day 5 : GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING- MORNING

  Early breakfast – Gangtok local Sight Seeing will be as per the schedule of the guide – Includes the following – Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Gonjang Monastery, Bakthang Waterfalls, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Do-Drul Chorten Stupa, Lhasa Falls, Flower Exhibition Centre, Ropeway.-The rest of the day is free. Overnight stay at Gangtok Hotel.

• Day 6 : DEPARTURE TO BAGDOGRA AIRPORT (IXB)

  New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) - Drive to Siliguri, on the way to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) (110 / 98 kilometers, 2 ½ - 3 hours) - Morning breakfast - After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) /Siliguri - Guest are advised to start early and not to rush - Forwarding Journey.
