Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NJP RLY STATION/IXB AIRPORT BAGDOGRA TO GANGTOK

  (Distance-120 kms/Duration- 5 hrs)
  
  Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 2 : TRANSFER TO LACHEN

  (Distance-135 kms/Duration- 5-6 hrs)
  
  After Breakfast drive towards North Sikkim(Lachen). Drive 135 Kilometers from Gangtok- Lachen is 35 kilometers from Chungthang Reach Lachen late afternoon/early evening. night stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : SIGHTSEEING GURUDONGMAR LAKE TRANSFER TO LACHUNG

  (Distance- 113.1 kms/Duration- 4-5hrs)
  
  Early morning after breakfast visit to Gurudongmar Lake 2-3 hours drive. A valley at an altitude of 11,800 feet through which Lachen Chu flows, generally covered with snow from December to April or even more is known as the Holy/Sacred Lake- Next drive through the cold desert till Tibet/China back to Resort for Lunch- After lunch drive to Lachung - THe Region is fully covered with Rhododendron forest with Chopta valley and Thangu as the other places of interest- Back to Hotel for lunch after lunch proceed to Lachung. Evening free to visit Lachung Monastery- Overnight Stay at hotel at Lachung.

• Day 4 : SIGHTSEEING YUMTHANG TRANSFER TO GANGTOK

  (Distance- 140.8 kms/Duration- 5-6 hrs)
  
  Early morning breakfast- After breakfast drive towards Yumthang situated at an elevation of nearly 11800 feet- It is approximately 26 kilometers and is nearly 02 hours drive- On the way back one can visit the famous hot spring which is known for its curative properties of skin diseases- Yumthang is a valley near the river Lachung Chu surrounded by mountain where the tree line ends- In spring valley erupts in riots of colors as Primulae, Rhododendrons and many other Alpine flowers in full bloom along with snow all around and the snow clad mountains adding to the beauty- Yumesamdong (Zero Point) is optional tour- Return to Lachung for lunch. After lunch drive to Gangtok - It is approximately 130 kilometers and is nearly 05 to 06 hours drive by rough road- Reach Gangtok & Check into hotel- Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center- OverNight Stay at Gangtok.

• Day 5 : EXCURSION TO CHANGU LAKE/BABA MANDIR

  (Distance: 53 km/Duration:3-4hrs)
  
  After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir,Cool,serene water and the picturesque beauty- Tsomgo lake is one of the holy lakes of the region- A temple of Lord Shiva is built on the lakeside - Primula flower and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place- Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen- Back to the hotel after a long journey take rest and night stay at Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.)

• Day 6 : GANGTOK –PELLING VIA CHARDHAM

  (Distance-150 kms /Duration- 5 hrs)
  
  After breakfast transfer to Pelling (5,500 ft.). Enroute visit Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse & Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) in Namchi. On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling.

• Day 7 : PELLING- DARJEELING

  (Distance : 80 km/ Driving Time: 4 hrs)
  
  After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.) via Singla check post towards Pelling by crossing the singla point. Upon arrival check-in to your hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 8 : DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING

  (Distance- Driving Time: 3-4hrs)
  
  Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. World's 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 9 : DARJEELING- NJP RAILWAY STATION/BAGDOGRA AIRPORT VIA MIRIK

  (Distance-100 kms / Driving Time: 4 hrs) After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to siliguri via Mirik(4,902 ft.). Mirik is famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake, Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates. (One can do Boating on direct payment basis in lake).
