Kandy is a major city in Sri Lanka, It is the second largest city in the country after Colombo. It was the last capital of the ancient kings era of Sri Lanka. The city lies in the midst of hills in the Kandy plateau, which crosses an area of tropical plantations, mainly tea. Kandy is the home of The Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), oneof the most sacred places of worship in the Buddhist world. It was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1988.
Kandy served as the capital of the last Sinhalese kingdom, which fell to the British in 1815 after defying the Portuguese and Dutch for three centuries. It took the British another 16 tough years to finally build a road linking Kandy with Colombo.
Places of Interest :- Temple Of Tooth, Kandy Lake, Royal Palace Of Kandy, Royal Botanical Garden, Knuckles Mountain Range, Wales Park etc.
Colombo :- Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, is a bustling city and a hopping-off point for beaches in the island nation's south. It has a long history as a port on ancient east-west trade routes, ruled successively by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. That heritage is reflected in its spicy cuisine as well as its architecture, mixing colonial buildings with high-rises and shopping malls.
Colombo is the commercial and business center of Sri Lanka located on west cost. The city blends together with old colonial type building, high-rise commercial buildings and hotels. It is filled with shopping malls, airline offices bazaars and interesting tourist attractions. Some of the finest structures built during the colonial times still preserved in one part of the City. Colombo is home to majority of Sri Lankan corporate and Government offices. Hotels of Colombo city is located centrally which will make the visitors more convenient.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival In Kandy

Day 1: Arrival In Kandy
Our representative will await your arrival at the Katunayaka International Airport to meet you and greet you upon arrival. Thereafter proceed to Kandy. En route visit the Elephant Orphanage, Temple of the Tooth, cultural Show. Overnight stay at Kandy.

Day 2 : Check-out From Kandy Drive To Colombo

After breakfast at the hotel, we leave to Colombo. Upon arriving, do a city tour and shopping. Do not forget to enjoy the night life in Colombo. On completion, check in to the hotel for overnight stay at Colombo.

Day 3 : Departure To Airport

After breakfast we leave to the airport for departure. And your trip ends at Colombo Airport with sweet memories.

Transportation as per the itinerary only.

The package can鈥檛 be clubbed with any other offer/deal.

Package inclusions and itinerary can鈥檛 be change/negotiate.

All transfers, excursions, sightseeing and travel as per itinerary.

Service Tax would be charged extra as per the govt. rule (as applicable).

The package can鈥檛 be booked for a single person; it is for 2 adults only.

Per person rates (in Rs.), and applicable on 2 persons on twin sharing basis.

Local sightseeing as per the itinerary depends on the local weather conditions.

Refund on cancellation depends upon the concerned hotel鈥檚 cancellation policies.

Guests are not allowed to drive the cab, provided for the above mentioned itinerary.

The above package is not valid during the festival season, national holidays, long weekends, and New Year.

In case of delay in departure occur by guest, cab extra charges will be charge to the guest. Cab will be available till 12 am of last day of booked package.

Guests are not allowed to drink (alcohol)/smoke / do any other illegal activities as per the Indian laws inside the cab, provided for the above mentioned itinerary.

Package rates are subject to change without prior notice. However the new package rates would be conveyed to the guest depending on the availability in the hotels.

One Child between 0 to 4 years is complimentary (without bed) after that each child between 0 to 4 years 50% of per person package cost without extra bed, child between 4 To 12 years will be charged 70% of the per person package cost with extra bed ( mattress ) sharing the same room with parents, beyond 12 years 100% per person package cost will be charged with extra bed (mattress) sharing the same room with parents and we request our guest to declare the actual age of the child at the time booking.

Bariza Holidays reserves the right to change/modify/terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice. However the guests who have already booked their packages would be informed on time.
