Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Drive from Cochin to Munnar

  Get picked up from Cochin airport and get transferred by road to Munnar. On the way, enjoy sightseeing in and around Munnar. Enjoy the beauty of Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, probably exploring the area around the hotel. As the day falls, return to your hotel overnight stay.
  About Munnar
  Munnar is a town in the Western Ghats mountain range in India’s Kerala state. A hill station and former resort for the British Raj elite, it's surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the late 19th century. Eravikulam National Park, a habitat for the endangered mountain goat Nilgiri tahr, is home to the Lakkam Waterfalls, hiking trails and 2,695m-tall Anamudi Peak.

• Day 2 : Munnar Sightseeing

  In the Morning after breakfast proceed to your visit its places of interest like Mattupetty Dam/Lake, Anamudi Peak, Nursery Garden, Echo Point, Photo Point, Tata Tea Museum and Eravikulam National Park, which is famed for Nilgiri Tahr. In the evening, head out on spice or tea trailing at Munnar. Overnight stay will be arranged at the hotel in Munnar.

• Day 3 : Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar)

  After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel in Munnar Afterwards proceed to Thekkay (Periyar). Thekkady is synonymous with wildlife and nature treks. Enroute, visit Chillies Spice Garden. Arrive in Thekkady and check-in to your hotel and have lunch (personal expense). In the afternoon, proceed for a boat cruise at Periyar Lake in Thekkady, a soul stirring tour (on direct payment basis)
  Afterwards, you can do a spice plantation tour (personal expense)
  Later in the evening, you may go to the theatre (non-air-conditioned/ on direct payment) to experience the traditional Kalari Show [on direct payment] or get involved in some shopping or opt for an Elephant Ride (on direct payment basis) in the evening. Return to the hotel in the evening and enjoy time at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Thekkady to Alleppey (Alappuzha)

  After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel in Thakkdy Afterwards proceed to Alleppey known as the ‘Venice of the East’. Alleppey is well known for backwaters and houseboat
  On reaching check in to the Houseboat and enjoy the rest of the day in Houseboat. Enjoy Lunch & dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the Houseboat.
  In case of stay at a hotel / resort you may visit the Mullakkal Raja Rajeswari Temple, and opt for a short boat cruise through the back waters (on direct payment) .In the evening visit the Alappuzha beach and enjoy the sunset. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Alleppey to Kovalam

  After breakfast, check out of the hotel / Hoseboat in Alleppey Afterwards proceed to Kovalam. Arrival in Kovalam, check into a hotel and rest awhile. Later,you will be visiting Hawa Beach & Light House beach to witness the exquisiteness of these beaches which is enhanced by the stack of palm grooves which reward a unique elegance to this place. Stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day 6 : Kovalam to Kanyakumari

  In the Morning after breakfast proceed to your visit to the Kanyakumari, Visit the Sunset Point. It is located at the southernmost tip of the Indian Peninsula post that head towards Kumari Amman Temple, Vivekananda rock memorial, Gandhi Mandapam, the statue of Tiruvalluvar, and 3 ocean meeting point ( Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea). After a memorable experience return to your hotel for overnight stay.

•  Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.
•  It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
•  The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
•  All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.
•  Non A/c Rooms will be provided in hill stations
•  The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed as per hotel policy.
•  Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs, it differs in 5 star hotels.
•  Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc.) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
