Arrive at Paro from Delhi/Kolkata/Bagdogra/Guwahati-Drive to Thimphu-Visit important places of tourist attractions-Drive to Punakha-Phobjikha-then back to Paro-Hiking to Tiger Nest-Visit to museum then Paro tour of local sight seeing. Then Depart from Paro to the place of origin.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra IXB Airport/Jaigaon 鈥� Phuentsholing (Distance: 170 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Phuentsholing: 293 mts.)-drive to Thimphu

  Meet and Greet on arrival at Bagdogra with Indian art of 鈥淎tithi Devo Bhavo鈥� at IXB Airport and transfer to Phuentsholing. It is a thriving commercial centre on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival check in to the immigration checkpost for immigration formalities.
  The town of Phuentsholing in south-west is located approximately 170 km east of the Indian national airport at Bagdogra (Siliguri).
  After arriving at Phuntsholing Pedestrian terminal, proceed to immigration and move to Phuntsholing.
  After completion of immigration formalities drive to Thimphu.
  En-route visits Sangye Migyur Ling Lhakhang, a tower for Milarepa. Then Chukha Dam View from the Highway and Waterfall along the Highway.
  After arrival in Thimphu visit , the Authentic Bhutanese Crafts Bazaar also known as the handicraft market of Thimphu is a perfect place to get a glimpse inside the art and craft of Bhutan. The shops are made using the eco-friendly bamboo, and you will definitely get mesmerized the vibrant colors on display.

  After completing the immigration formalities transfer to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening on reaching Thimphu visit for view of Tashichhoe Dzong Outer view (Fortress of the Glorious Religion).

  After breakfast visit outer view Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue) , Hindu Tempel ,Outer view of National Memorial Chorten (Monument) and Wagdi tse Lhakhanag ( short hike of 40 mins ) Simply Bhutan . Afternoon visit Nunnery , BBS Tower , National Library , Centenary Farmer Market ( Handicraft product and Local product can be Found here . Craft Bazar for shopping can be seen here. • Day 3 : Thimphu 鈥� Punakha/Wangdue Sightseeing (Distance: 77 kms. / Driving Time: 3 hrs. / Altitude of Punakha: 1200 mts.)

  After breakfast drive to Punakha / Wangdue, on the way Stop at Dochu-La-Pass (3150 mts.), during clear days you will get a chance to see Himalayan mountain ranges of Bhutan. After noon visit Punakha Dzong built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. For many years until the time of the second king, it served as the seat of the Government. The Dzong was named PungthangDechenPhodrang (Palace of Great Happiness). Punakha is still the winter residence of monastic body. After that take a short hike to visit the Chimi Lhakang its also known as temple of fertility and on way back vist Suspension bridge , Evening free for leisure. Over night stay at Punakha .

• For reservation of the hotels, guides and vehicles:
• 100% of the Quotation payment has to be made to enable us to book the hotels, guides and vehicles well on time.
• Cancellation Policy:
• We genuinely hope that your trips to Bhutan will be blissfully enjoyable,successful with pleasant sight of plethora of signs and symbols,flora and fauna, warm greetings by the peace loving simple Bhutanese people, spiritually peaceful environs of the land of the peaceful Thunder dragon, milieu of the landscape,mountains,foothills and slightly plain areas of Bhutan. We assure you to provide every effort to make your trips experience blissfully enjoyable one. We do realize at time due to unavoidable circumstances a trip to Bhutan may need to be cancelled or postponed.
• Thus we have a judicious cancellation policy to protect the interest of parties/your trips to Bhutan.While confirming your Bhutan Tour package with us, we require 100% amount. Rest of the payment is a week before your travel date. In case of cancellation the following terms apply:
• 鈥� 100% Refund will be made within 50 days of the start of the tour program
• 鈥� 75% Refund will be made within 35-50 days
• 鈥� 50% Refund will be made within 20-35 days
• 鈥� 25% Refund will be made within 25 days or cancellation without notice.
• 鈥� Less than 25 days or after arrival in Bhutan 100% no refund will be made inasmuch as by this time everything will be ready and hotels are fully booked.
• 鈥� Payment can be made by wire transfer viz. RTGS, into our account, pay by online (using your credit card) paying by credit card is more than 4 percentage or more.
• 1.Visa processing tips:
• 1. Indian tourists do not require Visa fees.
• 2. But for International Tourists the additional Visa fee is USD 40/- per person and is excluded in the package.
• 3. Bhutan entry permit is processed by the travellers at the immigration counter for which you need to have a copy of your more than 6 months valid passport or Voter ID. You need to print and carry to fly to Bhutan, provide at immigration check point authorities who will stamp on your passport.
• 4. Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months at the time of travel in Bhutan.
• For those coming via Phuntsholing:
• While coming via Phuntsholing entry permit will have to done manually done. For this you need to carry one number of passport sized photograph, copy of either passport or Voter ID card and wait for immigration
• 2. (SDF)Sustainable Development Fee:
• India tourists are required to pay Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of INR 1,200/- per person per night. Children aged 5 years and below are exempted of SDF and children between the age of 6-12 years are given 50 % concession on SDF. Tourist visiting Samtse, Phuentsholing, Gelephu, and Samdrup Jongkhar towns for 24 hours need not pay Sustainable Development Fee (SDF).
• For International Tourists SDF of USD 100/- per night per person is chargeable alongwith Visa fee of USD 40/-
• 3. Pedestrian Terminal at Jaigaon-Phuentsholing border:
• The Pedestrian Terminal at Jaigaon-Phuentsholing border remains open for 24x7. Entry Permit is not required for daily visitors who will be visiting Phuentsholing only. An online pre-registration system has been developed to pass through the pedestrian terminal at website https://bms.doi.gov.bt. On successful registration, a QR code will be generated. The registered person is required to present the QR code at the immigration counter along with the required identity document. Pre-registration is one time and there is no need to register again. Daily visitors can visit until Rinchending Check Post. SDF will be applicable beyond this point and they will also have to obtain a permit from the Regional Immigration Office. Casual visitors who make night halt beyond 24 hours in Phuentsholing will have to pay SDF. For daily visitors, a User Fee of Nu.10 per person (Bhutanese as well as foreigners) is charged for entering through the Pedestrian Terminal each time, no User Fee charged on exit.
• 4. Other entry/exit points:
• Other entry/exit points on the southern Indo-Bhutan border are in Samtse, Samdrup Jongkhar, Sarpang/Gelephu.
• B. Department of Immigrations and Tourism:
• i) Indian tourists who are planning their trip to Bhutan are advised to make following arrangements through the certified travel agent:
