Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Delhi

    Pickup from Airport / Railway station and transfer to pre booked Hotel. Check inn to Hotel. Delhi: It is a city that bridges two different worlds. Old Delhi, once the capital of Islamic India, is a labyrinth of narrow lanes lined with crumbling havelis and formidable mosques. In contrast, the imperial city of New Delhi created by the British Raj is composed of spacious, tree-lined avenues and imposing government buildings. Delhi has been the seat of power for several rulers and many empires for about a millennium. Many a times the city was built, destroyed and then rebuilt here. Interestingly, a number of Delhi's rulers played a dual role, first as destroyers and then as creators. Over night stay at Hotel.

  • Day 2 : Delhi

    After breakfast full day sight seeing of Delhi visit Jama Masjid, Jama Masjid is a one of the greatest & largest mosque of old Delhi in India, with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees. It was begun in 1644 and ended up being the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jahan, the Mughal emperor who built the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort. Chandani chowk & Red Fort from out side, The Red sandstone walls of the massive Red Fort (Lal Qila) rise 33-m above the clamour of Old Delhi as a reminder of the magnificent power and pomp of the Mughal emperors. The walls, built in 1638, were designed to keep out invaders, now they mainly keep out the noise and confusion of the city. Akshardham Temple, Swaminarayan Akshardham in New Delhi epitomizes 10,000 years of Indian culture in all its breathtaking grandeur, beauty, wisdom an d bliss. It brilliantly showcases the essence of India’s ancient architecture, traditions and timeless spiritual messages. The Akshardham experience is an enlightening journey through India’s glorious art, values and contributions for the progress, happiness and harmony of mankind.. After lunch, Visit Humayun Tomb, this magnificent garden tomb is the first substantial example of Mughal architecture in India. Quatab Minar, It is a soaring, 73 m-high tower of victory, built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak immediately after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu kingdom. India Gate, At the centre of New Delhi stands the 42 m high India Gate, an "Arc-de-Triomphe" like archway in the middle of a crossroad. Almost similar to its French counterpart, it commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for the British Army during the World War I. The memorial bears the names of more than 13,516 British and Indian soldiers killed in the Northwestern Frontier in the Afghan war of 1919 continue visit President House, Birla Mandir, Market, etc...   • Day 3 : Delhi - Mandawa

    After breakfast drive to Mandawa. Arrival at Hotel and check inn. PM visit Haveli’, etc.. back to Hotel.
    Mandawa: Founded in the mid 18th century Mandawa skyline today is dominated by an imposing fort, now a heritage hotel that is maintained in classic medieval style with modern luxuries. The archway is painted with interesting forms of Lord Krishna and his cowherds. The sprawling architecture houses different themes in different wings. The spacious rooms are adorned by intricate interior wall paintings and mirror work with an open terrace that offers a panoramic view of the whole town. The women folk of the Mandawa family who lived in a royal style once used this floor. The Mandawa family has a unique collection of their preserved paintings and antiques that adorn the main huge hall in the centre of the castle, originally the durbar hall and now an exotic lounge. The ceremonial costumes of the family collection and the precious arms with handles of jade and beautiful curios brought by the British as gifts for the nobles are well placed like showcases of a museum. The hotel is well equipped with modern facilities in an ethnic set-up. A night’s stay is an experience in itself with thematic evenings and oriental and medieval cuisine.   • Day 4 : Mandawa - Jaipur

    After breakfast drive to Jaipur. Arrival and check inn to Hotel. Jaipur: Jaipur a bustling capital city and a business centre with all the trappings of a modern metropolis but yet flavoured strongly with an age-old charm that never fails to surprise a traveller. Jaipur is named after its founder, the warrior and astronomer sovereign, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh (ruled 1700 to 1743). The decision to move out of his hilltop capital Amer was also compelled by reasons of growing population and paucity of water. After several centuries of invasions the north was now quiet and the wealth of the kingdom had considerably increased. Pm trime free at leisure. Over night stay at Hotel.

  • Day 5 : Jaipur

    After breakfast proceed to Amber Fort, It is situated about 11 kilometres from Jaipur and was the ancient citadel of the ruling Kachwahas of Amber, before the capital was shifted to the plains, the present day Jaipur. The Amber Fort set in picturesque and rugged hills is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Constructed by Raja Man Singh I in 1592 and completed by Mirja Raja Jai Singh the fort was made in red sand stone and white marble. After Lunch visit City Palace, city Palace is located the heart of the walled city, the City Palace Complex gives you an idea about the farsightedness of the founder of Jaipur Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. He left behind a legacy of some of the most imposing and magnificent architecture in the city. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh built many buildings but some of the structures were also built by later rulers. The palace is a blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture and the ex-royal family still lives in a part of the palace. Jantar Mantar is an astronomical observatory built by Raja Jai Singh II in 18th century. Check out detailed information on history, architecture, and visiting hours of Jantar Mantar. Hawa Mahal, The poet king Sawai Pratap Singh built this palace of winds. This is easily the most well-known landmarks of Jaipur and is also its icon. Located in the City Palace complex, it is best viewed from the road outside. This five-storey building overlooking the busy bazaar street is a fascinating example of Rajput architecture and artistry with its delicately honeycombed 953 pink sandstone windows known as 'jharokhas'. It was originally built for the ladies of the royal household to watch everyday life and processions in the city from their veiled comfort. Over night stay at Hotel.

  • Day 6 : Jaipur - Pushkar - Jodhpur

    After breakfast drive to Jodhpur on the way visit Pushkar, It has the distinction of having the only Brahma temple in the world. The Picturesque Pushkar Lake is a sacred spot for Hindus. During the month of Kartik (Oct/Nov), devotees throng in large numbers to take a dip in the sacred lake. Lunch at Pushkar and continue drive to Jodhpur. Arrival and check inn to Hotel. Jodhpur, This bustling desert city is the second largest in Rajasthan after Jaipur. It was founded by Rao Jodha, the leader of the Rathore clan, in 1459 AD. The mammoth, imposing fortress (Meherangarh) has a landscape dominating a rocky ridge with the eight gates leading out of fortress. The new city is outside the structure. Over night at Hotel.

  • Day 7 : Jodhpur

    After breakfast full day sightseeing of Jodhpur visit Mehrangarh Fort, Perched on a 150 m high hill its sprawl is the most formidable and magnificent fort in Rajasthan. Rao Jodha founded it in 1459 but subsequent rulers of Jodhpur have also added to it over the centuries. A meandering road leads to the from the city 5 kms below. Battle scars of canon ball hit by attacking armies of Jaipur can still be seen on the second gate. To the left is chhatri of Kirat Singh Soda, a soldier who fell on the spot while defending the fort against the armies of Amber. There are seven gates, which include Jayapol meaning victory built by Maharaja Man Singh to commemorate his victories over Jaipur and Bikaner armies. Fatehpol also meaning victory gate was built by Maharaja Ajit Singh to mark the defeat of Mughals. The palm imprints still attract devotional attention and are covered by vermilion paste and paper-thin silver foil. Jaswant Thada, On the way down from the fort, on left is Jaswant Thada, the graceful marble cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. His son Maharaja Sardar Singh built this monument known as the Taj Mahal of Marwar in the memory of Maharaj Jaswant Singh II of Jodhpur. The main memorial has been built like a temple with intricately carved marble stone. A visit to this structure is through the rocky hills giving it a secluded and a mystic aura. After lunch visit Museum and Umaid Bhawan Palace, Built by Maharaja Umaid Singh ( 1929 – 1942 ) and named after him, this exquisite Palace is also known as Chittar Palace because of the local chittar sandstone used in it. This Museum was opened for public on 19 July, 1991. The main attractions of this museum is the idol of Sukali Mata brought from Auwa. The idol of Vishnu, paintings from the Jodhpur school of painting and a rich collection of coins and idols are other attractions. It is situated in the Pali City, near the old bus stand.

  • Day 8 : Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur

    After breakfast drive to Udaipur on the way visit Ranakpur, Beautifully sculptured Jain temples mark the glory of this renowned place. Considered as one of the five holy places for the Jain community, these were created in the 15th century during the reign of Rana Kumbha. These are enclosed within a wall. The central Chaumukha [four faced temple] is dedicated to Adinathji. The temple is an astounding creation of architectural splendor with 29 halls and 1,444 pillars all distinctly carved, no two pillars being alike. After lunch continue drive to Udaipur. Arrival and check inn to Hotel. Udaipur is often called ‘Venice of the East’. It is also the ‘city of lakes’. The Lake Palace (Jag Niwas) located in the middle of Pichola Lake is the finest example of architectural and cultural marvel. The grand City Palace on the banks of the lake along with the Monsoon Palace (Sajjan Garh) on the hill above enhances the beauty of this magnificent city. Udaipur is also the centre for performing arts, crafts and its famed miniature paintings. The Shilpgram festival is a great crowd-puller on new year. Over night at Hotel.

  • Day 9 : Udaipur

    After breakfast full day sight seeing of Udaipur visit City Palace, City Palace towers over the Pichola Lake. Maharana Udai Singh initiated the construction of the palace but successive Maharanas added several palaces and structures to the complex but retained remarkable uniformity in the design. The entry to the Palace is from the Hati Pol, the Elephant Gate. Crystal Gallery, Situated in the Fateh Prakash Palace, it has a breath taking collection of crystals. These were ordered by Maharana Sajjan Singh from F & C Osler England but could not live to see them because of his untimely death. The crystal items include tables, sofa sets, dining tables, dressers, fountains and even beds besides a whole array of washing bowls, decanters and perfume bottles. There is also an exquisite jewel studded carpet. Jag Mandir, This is the other island palace on Lake Pichola, which was constructed by Maharana Jagat Singh I in the year 1620AD. After lunch visit Sahelion Ki Bari, this park built by Maharana Sangram Singh in the mid-18th century. The 'garden of the maidens' brings to mind the lifestyle of the ladies of the court. And boat ride at Lake pichola. Back to Hotel and stay at over night.

  • Day 10 : Udaipur - Departure

    After breakfast time free at leisure. Transfer to Airport / Railway Station to board Flight/Tran for your next destination.
