Online Booking Procedure

• To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in 鈥淏ook Online鈥� section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.


• As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.


• You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.


• We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.


• The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:


• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,


• You will need to make payment of 100%聽 of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.


• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.


• If you are booking within 10 鈥� 20 days of date of travel,


• You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.


• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.


• Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.


• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,


• You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.


• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.


• Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.


• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,


• You will need to make payment of 100%聽 of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..


• No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.


• You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:


• When your visa is successfully done.


• Your hotel rooms are booked.


• Your Flights are confirmed.


• Any other inclusion in the package.


• Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.


• Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)


• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,


• You will need to make payment of 100%聽 of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.


• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.


• If you are booking within 10 鈥� 20 days of date of travel,


• You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.


• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

Visa Requirement

• Visa-on-Arrival is Free of cost for Indian Passport holders.


• Original Passport required with minimum 06 months validity from return date of your tour.

Important Information

• This package cost is based on national USD rate at Rs. 66/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as USD is too much volatile and can鈥檛 be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don鈥檛 get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank鈥檚 Currency trading site.


• To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.


• Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.


• Similar * means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen Dollars.


• Normal hotel check in time is 1400 - 1600 hours and check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours


• Package cost is subject to change until full confirmation for package tour.


• Rooms are subject to availability.


• Room type (double or twin is Subject to Availability and is at sole discretion of the hotel)


• Itinerary is just indicative. Do not consider it as a Final Schedule. Date & Time of Tours can be changed by Local Agent / Tour Operator.


• No tour guide/Escort accompanies our groups from India to aboard & back to India.


• All transfers tours based on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis (Shared Basis).


• Dinner coupons are of Indian restaurant based on buffet or set menu basis, outside hotel, without transfers.


• PAN card copy required for billing.


• The cost of outbound package tour is payable in convertible foreign exchange (subject to RBI/GOI regulation) except cost of ticket. Package Cost includes (Ground handling charges) Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)


• The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Trave Insurance.


• Selection of seats in Airline is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the airlines.


• As of now we are not holding any service, it is Subject to Availability. Booking process will start only after receiving booking amount.


• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season/holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and convention.


• Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too.


• The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist鈥檚 failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be responsible. Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.


• This intimation supersede all previous offers by Company and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.

• The aforementioned description is just for informative purpose. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package. The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Company


• It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully on delivery thereof and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking


• This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:


• If cancellation is made any time not less than 30 days prior to departure, 20% of tour cost shall be deducted.


• If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.


• If cancellation is made 14 to 07 days prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.


• If cancellation is made 06 to 03 days prior to departure, 85% of tour cost shall be deducted.


• If cancellation is made any time within 03 day prior to departure or In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.


• Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.


• Cancellation charges for Air Asia or any other low cost carrier ticket booking shall apply as per Airlines cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.


• Your booking is having travel tour components which need Guarantee Booking, which means No Cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:


• If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
