Package Overview

As the legend goes... in the mahabharat, while on their Himalayan Pilgrimage, the Pandavas decided to pay Homage to Lord SHIVA. But Lord Shiva was not interested in meeting them as they were guilty of Gotra Hatya. Seeing the Pandavas coming, the Lord disguised himself as a Bull. But the Pandavas saw through Shiva\'s disguise. Viewing that his disguise had not worked the bull tried to plunge himself beneath the ground. But Bhima was swift and held on to the hind legs of... the bull, thus preventing it from vanishing. In the struggle that ensued different parts of Lord Shiva\'s body appeared at various places in Kedarnath. With the forelegs showing up at Pashupatinath in Nepal, the rump of the bull at Kedarnath, the torso including the navel ... at Madhmaheshwar, the Arms at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, and the matted hair of Shiva at Kalpeshwar.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Hardwar

  Check in Hotel. In the evening view Aarti at Holy River Ganges, at Har-ki- Pauri. Overnight at Hotel.
• Day 2 : Hardwar to Gaurikund 239 Kms. / 7 Hrs.

  Drive to Gaurikund ( a hot water sulphar spring.) via Rudraprayag. Check in Hotel.
• Day 3 : Gaurikund to Kedarnath 14 Kms Trek / 6 Hrs.

  After breakfast trek to Kedarnath lunch, dinner and overnight in Camps / Hotel.
• Day 4 : Kedarnath to Guptkashi 54 Kms / 6 Hrs.

  After breakfast trek down 14kms to Gaurikund and after lunch drive to Guptkashi ( 40 kms). Dinner and overnight in Hotel / Camps.
• Day 5 : Guptkashi to Gaundhar 17 Kms. / 6 Hrs.

  Trek to Gaundhar with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in Camps.
• Day 6 : Gaundhar to Madhmaheshwar 10 Kms / 5 Hrs.

  Trek to Madhmeshwar ( 3289 mts.) with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight in Camps.
• Day 7 : Madhmaheshwar to Gaundharl 10 kms / 5 Hrs.

  Return trek to Gaundhar with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in Camps.
• Day 8 : Gaundhar to Ukhimath 28 Kms / 6 Hrs.

  After breakfast trek 12 kms to Jagasu and then 16 kms drive to Ukhimath . Dinner & overnight in Camps/ Hotel.
• Day 9 : Ukhimath - Tungnath - Chopta43 kms/ 3 Hrs.

  35 kms drive to Chopta and 4 kms trek to Tungnath. In the afternoon return trek to Chopta. Dinner and overnight in Camps / Hotel.
• Day 10 : Chopta - Panargupha40 kms / 7 Hrs.

  After breakfast drive to Sagar ( 30 Kms ). Then trek 10 kms to Panargupha.Dinner & overnight in Camps.
• Day 11 : Panargupha to Rudranath 12 Kms / 6 Hrs

  Trek to Rudranath with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight in Camps.
• Day 12 : Rudranath to Dumuk 18 Kms / 8 Hrs.

  Trek to Dumuk with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight in Camps.
• Day 13 : Dumuk to Kapeshwar Mahaddev

  14 kms / 7 Hr14 kms trek to Urgam/ Kalpeshwar Mahadev with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight in Camps.
• Day 14 : Kalpeshwar Mahadev to Rudraprayag114 Kms / 7 Hrs.

  After early breakfast trek to Helang ( 9 kms) and then drive to Rudraprayag. Check in Hotel / Skylark Resort.
• Day 15 : Rudraprayag to Hardwar 160 Kms / 6 Hrs

  Drive to Hardwar via Srinagar, Devprayag and Rishikesh. Check in Hotel.
