Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Bhavnagar

  rrive Ahmedabad and proceed to Bhavnagar (170 kms - 3 hours). Enroute visit Lothal which is a 4500 year old Harrapan (Indus Valley) archaeological site and Velavadar National Park (renowned for its Black Buck Population). Reach by evening.
• Day 2 : Travel to Diu via Palitana聽

  Travel to Diu (225 kms - 4.5 hrs) via Palitana. Palitana is a major pilgrimage destination and renowned for the temple complex (800+ Jain Temples) set on Shatrunjaya Hill that requires one to take 3000 steps to climb up the hills. Reach Diu by late evening. Diu, an erstwhile Portuguese Colony and now a popular beach getaway. Evening visit to the Nagoa beach.

• Day 3 : 聽Sightseeing and activities around Diu

  Sightseeing around Diu includes Nagoa Beach, St. Pauls Church, Diu Museum, Diu Fort. Watersports include Para Sailing, water skiing, water scooter, Family boat and speedboats are on offer at Ahmadpur Mandvi beach.

• Day 4 : Travel to Dwarka via Somnath, Porbandar and Harsiddhi Temple

  Proceed to Dwarka (320 kms - 6.5 hrs) via Somnath (A Shiva Temple and a Jyotirlinga), Porbandar (birth place of Mahatma Gandhi) and Harsiddhi Temple (overlooking Arabian Sea). Reach Dwarka by evening. Dwarka is a renowned Pilgrim centre visited for the Dwarkadhish Temple (Lord Krishna Temple) and Nageshwar Temple (Lord Shiva Temple and a Jyotirlinga). Visit Dwarkadhish Temple in the evening. Dwarkadhish Temple is one of the most significant and visited Lord Krishna Temples in India.

• Day 5 : 聽Temple visits in and around Dwarka.

  roceed to Rakjot聽Early morning visit Okha for the Beyt Dwarka. Beyt Dwarka is an island accessible over a short boat ride where a prominent Lord Krishna Temple is located. Upon return visit Nageshwar Mahadev Temple enroute. Nageshwar temple is believed to be one of the 12 Jyotirlinga Temples. Visit Rukmini Devi Temple, Gomati Ghat Temples after returning to Dwarka. Travel to Rakjot (240 kms - 5.5 hours). Reach Rajkot by evening.
• Day 6 : Departure聽

  Depart for Ahmedabad (210 kms) for onward journey.
