Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

  Arrival in Kathmandu airport & transfer to hotel. Our Representative will be there with Guest Name Card and transfer to Hotel, After freshen up meeting with Tour Consultant for tour briefing.

  After Breakfast (approx.: 9:00 am) We will start Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu Sightseeing Places:
  
  Pashupatinath Temple: Pashupatinath temple is the biggest temple of the country dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is a world heritage site enlisted by UNESCO. This 鈥渆xtensive Hindu temple precinct鈥� is a 鈥渟prawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions raised over the centuries along the banks of the sacred Bagmati river鈥�.
  
  Bouddhanath Stupa: Bouddhanath Stupa is the biggest stupa in Kathmandu with its massive mandala. It is also known as Khasa Chaitya. For hundreds of years, this stupa has stood as a beacon of Buddhist belief towering over the surrounding town as a giant mandala of peace and beauty and also giant eyes. It was built around the 4th century and made big and expanded around the 14th century.
  
  Swayambhunath stupa: Swayambhunath stupa is the buddhist pilgrimage site located in the hilltop which has its own cultural importances and also gives a panoramic view of Kathmandu Valley. It is a world heritage site enlisted by UNESCO. It has a big stupa and around it few Hindu Temples.
  
  Patan Durbar Square: It is one of the 3 Durbar Square in Kathmandu Valley, which was the royal palace of kings of Patan in the past. This world heritage site is full of artistic temples, beautiful architecture and wood carvings.

• Day 3 : Drive to Pokhara

  After breakfast (approx. 8:00 am) we will drive to Pokhara (6-7 Hours)
  
  Optional visits to MANAKAMANA TEMPLE which lies on the way to Pokhara with cable car ride to temple.

  Barahi temple via Boat: Taal Barahi Temple lies on the small island in Phewa Lake. It is dedicated to Goddess Barahi. We can travel to this temple by boat only. The temple is a symbol of the manifestation of Ajima representing the female force.
  
  Bindabasini Temple: It is the oldest temple of Pokhara city. The main temple is dedicated to Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is the incarnation of Kali. There are smaller temples of goddess Saraswati, Shiva, Hanuman, Ganesha in the premises. The temple is situated at the top of a small hill and can be accessed via stone staircase on the East and North East.
  
  Seti Gandaki River: Seti River is famous for its deceptive river course and its milky white water. The water cuts a deep gorge right across the mighty Mahabharata range and then runs a deep chasm in the middle of the town. The gorge can be seen from a park in the Old Pokhara close to the Gorkha Museum.
  
  Gupteshwor cave: This cave is also known as Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave located near Devi鈥檚 Fall is one of the famous caves in Nepal (2950 meters). The main cave contains two chambers with several shrines.
  
  Devi鈥檚 fall: It is a waterfall in Pokhara. The water forms a tunnel after reaching the bottom. The tunnel is approximately 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground. In 1961, a swiss couple went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit because of overflow. Her father wished to name it David鈥檚 Fall after his daughter鈥檚 name but changed it to Devi鈥檚 fall. Its nepali name is Patale Chango which means Underworld鈥檚 Waterfall

  6.00 Wakeup call followed by tea/coffee

  7.30 Dug-out canoeing along the Rapti River to view water birds & two rare species of crocodiles; the marsh Mugger and Gharial. After canon ride continue for
  Nature walks with trained naturalists to view the incredibly varied flora and fauna.
  13.00 Lunch
  14.00 Jeep Safari which is an excellent opportunity to see deer, rhinoceros, leopard, sloth bear, monkey and royal Bengal Tiger. You will also encounter many other reptiles & Mammals that have made Chitwan their home.
  In the evening, you can enjoy the Tharu Cultural program.
