Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : BY AIR - ARRIVE KOLKATA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

  Arrive Kolkata International Airport. Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to hotel in Kolkata.
  The city of Calcutta, now called Kolkata, was established by the British in 1690 and was the capital of British India until 1911. It is the proud intellectual capital of India, with a rich contemporary cultural life. The city retains some of India鈥檚 most striking colonial buildings, and is also home to the country鈥檚 first underground railway
  Overnight in Kolkata.
• Day 2 : IN KOLKATA

  After breakfast proceed for full day city tour of Kolkata visiting the Jain temple richly decorated with mirrors and Venetian glass mosaics, the Kali temple, and the white marble Victoria Memorial designed in Italian Renaissance-Mughal style. Planned by Viceroy Curzon and referred to both as Curzon鈥檚 Folly and the British Taj Mahal it is a museum housing Imperial memorabilia. Drive past the Howrah Bridge, one of the largest cantilever bridges in the world, the Dalhousie Square, Fort Williams, the secretariat building and the Old Court House Street. Also visit the 16 hectare Zoological gardens.

• Day 3 : BY AIR - KOLKATA / GUWAHATI ONWARD DRIVE TO NAMERI

  On time transfer from hotel to Kolkata domestic airport to board flight for Guwahati. Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to camp in Nameri.
  Afternoon free to explore surroundings.

• Day 4 : BY ROAD - NAMERI / DIRANG (200 Kms / 07 Hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Dirang with lunch at Bomdila. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Dirang.

• Day 5 : BY ROAD - DIRANG / TAWANG (143 Kms / 07 Hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Tawang enroute visiting typical Monpa village at Dirang inhabited by colourful tribes and the Sela Pass (13703 ft) to see the Paradise Lake. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Tawang.

• Day 6 : IN TAWANG

  After breakfast proceed for city tour visiting the legendary 400 year-old monastery at Tawang. Also visit Urgelling Monastery, situated 5km to the south of Tawang Township. Late morning, a day excursion of Zemithang to see Pangchenpa tribe and also visit the second largest Stuppa in Asia
  Dinner and overnight in Tawang.
• Day 7 : BY ROAD - TAWANG / BOMDILA (185 Kms / 07 Hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Bomdila enroute visiting Jang waterfall and Indo China war memorial. After visit continue your drive to Bomdila. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Bomdila

• Day 8 : BY ROAD - BOMDILA / ITANAGAR (320 Kms / 08 Hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Itanagar. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Itanager.
  Afternoon proceed to visit historical Ita Fort, museum and the famous Buddhist temple, there are also the Ganga Lake, sanctuary and the Polo Park, all places of unsurpassed natural beauty.
  Dinner and overnight at Khajuraho
  
• Day 9 : BY ROAD - ITANAGAR / ZIRO (160 Kms / 05 Hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Ziro enroute visit villages inhabited by the Nishi tribes. Also visit Apatani tribal villages. These are extremely ancient and very interesting tribes. The uniqueness of Apatani tribe is tooting on women face and its nose plug.
  After visit continue your drive to Ziro. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Ziro.
  Rest of the day free explore surroundings.
  Dinner and overnight Ziro.
• Day 10 : BY ROAD - ZIRO / DAPORIJO (160 Kms / 05 Hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Daporijo enroute visit Tagin and Hill Miri villages. It is amazing to see how similar the different tribes are in some ways, but are very different from each other in their cultural and social practices. They have each managed to hold on to their individual cultural identity despite living in such close proximity to one another
  After visit continue your drive to Daporijo. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Daporijo.

• Day 11 : BY ROAD - DAPORIJO / DIBRUGARH

  After breakfast drive to Dibrugarh enroute visiting Brahamputra river. After visit continue your drive to Dibrugarh. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Dibrugarh

• Day 12 : BY ROAD - DIBRUGARH / MON (130 Kms / 05 Hrs)

• Day 13 : BY ROAD - MON / MOKOKCHUNG (210 Kms / 05 Hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Mokokchung visiting local villages on the way. Mokokchung is home to the 'Ao' Nagas, and is an important economic and cultural centre for all of Nagaland.
  After visit continue your drive to Mokokchung. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Mokokchung.

• Day 14 : BY ROAD - MOKOKCHUNG / KOHIMA (162 Kms / 04 Hrs)

  After breakfast drive to Kohima visiting Wokha en-route. Also visit Tuophema village. Tuophema is closely associated with the Angami Sekrenyi festival. Here, many village development programs are in progress.
  After visit continue drive to Kohima. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Kohima.

• Day 15 : BY ROAD - KOHIMA / DZUKOU VALLEY

  After breakfast drive to Dzukou Valley. Upon arrival check in at hotel in Dzukou Valley.
  Afternoon visit the famous Dzukou valley, which is also called the valley of eternal charm. The emerald green, rolling hills and serpentine streams leave all visitors awe-struck. In spite of the difficult terrain and non-availability of facilities, its? sheer beauty and charm is such that scores of trekkers frequent this valley every year
