Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI – DHARAMSHALA (490 KMS 9/11 HRS)

  Meals: Dinner Only
  Arrive DELHI Railway Station, meet our start representative & start your exotic trip to Dharamshala. Reach Dharamshala within 3 hrs and check into the hotel. In evening visit Local Market & Kotwai Bazaar, overnight stay in hotel.
  Dharamsala has everything for a perfect holiday. It features tranquil Waterfalls, Out-stretched Tea gardens, and cricket stadium for sports lovers, holiness due to Dalai Lama’s presence, calm and peaceful environment.

• Day 2 : DHARAMSHALA – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  
  Reach Dharamshala where our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. After fresh up and rest till 2 pm, proceed for Dharamshala Sightseeing to cover official residence of Dalai Lama, Mcleodganj, Bhagsunath Temple, Dharamshala international cricket stadium & local market. Overnight stay in Hotel.
• Day 3 : DHARAMSHALA – KANGRA VALLEY (37 KMS/ 1HR) – DALHOUSIE (145 KMS/5-6 HRS)

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  After Breakfast have excursion to Kangra valley to visit Brajeshwari Devi Temple (It was well known for its great wealth but with time it got plundered relentlessly over the ages again and again) & Kangra Fort (It ruins showcases the wars fought among Indian rulers, Mughals , British colonies). After sightseeing return drive to Dalhousie (It is also called as mini swizz of India due to its scenic beauty). Arrive & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the Market. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
• Day 4 : DALHOUSIE – KHAJJIAR (22 KM/45 MINS) – DALHOUSIE

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  Today after heartily breakfast cover Khajjiar sightseeing. Khajjiar is a place where one can easily spend whole day by admiring the beauty of sparkling Khajjair Lake, wandering in 9 hole golf course or just sit and feel the peace. After such a joyful experience, return to hotel for overnight stay.
• Day 5 : DALHOUSIE – DELHI (575 KMS 12/13 HRS)

  Meals: Breakfast Only
  After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to DELHI railway station for drop with ever memorable moments of your exotic trip…

AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE):

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 10 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
• The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges but second time will attract additional charges.
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 6 month from the date of advance payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies (early check in is subject to availability)
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
• In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
• Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

• Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)
• Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges will be as per the Hotel Policies
• Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service factors.
• EXTRA PERSON COST:
• Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel.
• Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.
• Note: In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
