Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Depart for Medjugorje

  Make your way to your local airport where you will board your overnight flight. Your meals are served on board.

• Day 2 : Arrive Medjugorje

  Upon arrival in Europe, change gates to board your short connection flight to either: Dubrovnik, Split, or Sarajevo airport. Upon arrival collect your luggage in the baggage claim area, and continue to the arrival's hall where you will be greeted by a tour guide and/or driver, who will take you on the 2 1/2 hour drive to the village of Medjugorje. Enjoy dinner before retiring for the evening.

• Day 8 :

  The most beautiful feature of Medjugorje is its simplicity, and its peace. While in Medjugorje, you will have the opportunity to experience your faith grow, and share in the faith journey of pilgrims from all over the world. The local guide will accompany your group throughout your stay in the village.
  
  Some activities that will accompany you in your spiritual journey:
  
  Attend Daily Mass: Each morning, at 10:00A.M, your group will assemble at St. James Church for Mass (English-Speaking). At the end of each Mass, regardless of language, there is a blessing of the religious articles that you have with you.
  
  On Feast Days, and Sundays: English Mass is at Noon
  
  Climb Apparition Hill: This mountainous hill is where the visionaries first encountered Our Lady. Also, at the base of this hill is a Blue Cross, where it is said Our Lady appeared to the children while they hid from the communist police in the early days of the alleged apparitions. When climbing, your group is invited to recite the Rosary, pausing five times for each decade of the Rosary. At the top of the hill, you will witness the exact location of the first alleged apparition of Our Lady to the visionaries, and enjoy private time in prayer.
  
  Climb Mt. Krizevac (Cross Mountain): In 1933, the villagers built a 30' high cross atop a mountain to commemorate Jesus' passion and death on the cross. Your group will have the opportunity to climb this mountain, and venerate that very cross. When climbing, your group is invited to pray the Stations of the Cross (to meditate on Jesus' suffering Road to Calvary), pausing fifteen times for each Station.
  
  Apparitions: Each evening at 5PM or 6PM daylight savings time, your group will join the villagers and fellow pilgrims of Medjugorje in saying the Rosary as all anxiously await the alleged arrival of Our Lady to the visionaries. Following the apparition, at 6:40P.M (5:40 P.M. during Daylight Savings Time), feel free to stay at St. James Church and attend the Croatian Mass. Following the Croatian Mass, there is a Blessing of the Sick.
  
  Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament: Our Lady has always called us to be close to her Son. For this, you will have the opportunity to adore the Blessed Sacrament at the outside altar of St. James Church. Adoration is held on Tuesdays and Saturdays; Veneration of the Cross is held on Fridays inside the church. Additionally, there is an Adoration Chapel on the grounds of St. James Church. Adoration is held here in the afternoon hours.
  
  Meetings with the Visionaries: Pending their availability, your guide will arrange meetings with the visionaries at their homes.
  
  Visit to the Community of Cenacolo: You will have the opportunity to visit the community of Cenacolo, founded by the Sisters of Charity, for young men and women who have taken a wrong path and are on the road to recovery. You will be able to listen to their inspirational words about their journeys back to Jesus Christ.
  
  Prayer at the Statue of the Risen Christ: Located on the grounds of St. James Church, is the bronze statue of the Risen Christ. Many pilgrims sit and pray on the benches surrounding this peaceful statue. This statue miraculously seeps droplets of water at all times of the day, out of Christ's right knee.

• Day 9 : Medjugorje 鈥� Dubrovnik

  After an early breakfast, your group will transfer to Dubrovnik (approximately two and a half hours). Upon arrival in this city fronting the Adriatic, you will be able to spend the afternoon at your leisure. Feel free to walk to the 鈥淥ld Town鈥� that is also known as, the 鈥淧earl of the Adriatic.鈥� This evening, you will have dinner with your group at a typical Dalmatian restaurant that serves local delicacies and wines.

• Day 10 : Dubrovnik

  Following breakfast enjoy a walking tour of the 鈥淥ld City!鈥� It will begin at St. Blasius鈥� Church, dedicated to the Patron Saint of Dubrovnik. This Baroque styled church was constructed by Venetian architect, Marino Gropelli in 1715. It was styled after the Venetian Church, St. Mauritius. You will know that you have reached this master piece by its large staircase leading to the main portal and its large dorm that decorates the roof. Continue to the Gothic and Renaissance styled, Rector鈥檚 Palace. The palace is home to the history department of the museum of Dubrovnik. Following, you will stroll by the iconic Bell Tower clock and Orlando鈥檚 Column. To the left of this column, you will see Sponza Palace. In the sixteenth century, members of the Academia dei Concordimet in the palace鈥檚 first floor hall to discuss literature. As a result, the palace is the most important cultural institution of Dubrovnik. Lastly, you will visit the Dominican and Franciscan Monasteries. The location of the Dominican Monastery is strategically placed at the most sensitive point of Dubrovnik鈥檚 defense barriers. While at the Franciscan Monastery, you will have the opportunity to visit the Pharmacy. The founding of this Pharmacy was collaborative as it served as the public pharmacy and for the needs of the monks. This afternoon, you will enjoy lunch on own at one of the many small, family-owned restaurants along the narrow streets. Remainder of the day at leisure. This evening, enjoy dinner and overnight in Dubrovnik.

• Day 11 : Dubrovnik 鈥� Veprice 鈥� Sinj 鈥� Split

  Following breakfast, you will depart for Split. Along the way, you will stop at the Little Lourdes鈥� Shrine in Veprice (approximately two hours and fifty minutes). The Shrine was founded in 1908 and is situated in a natural cave surrounded by hills, just as the Grotto of Massabielle in Lourdes. Your group will take an additional break in Makarska before continuing to Sinj (approximately one hour and twenty minutes). While here, you will visit one of Croatia鈥檚 oldest spiritual centers, the Shrine of Our Lady of Sinj. It is home to the eighteenth century miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary: In 1715, the people of Cetina and the Franciscan monks prayed before a picture of the Mother of Grace during a Turkish attack. However, through much prayer to Our Lady, the Turkish army inexplicably fled after three hours. Since then, it has been a miraculous site for many Pilgrims. Lastly, your journey will culminate upon arrival in Split (approximately one hour). You will eat dinner and enjoy an overnight in Split.

• Day 12 : Split

  Today, you will enjoy a city tour of the second-largest city of Croatia, Split! The historic inner city of Split was built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian鈥檚 Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. While exploring, you will have the opportunity to see remnants of Split鈥檚 Roman heritage such as, Jupiter鈥檚 Temple, the Peristyle of Diocletian鈥檚 Palace and the Cathedral of St. Domnius. The Temple of Jupiter was built around the third century and is dedicated to the highest Roman god, the god of the sky, and the god of thunder. The Diocletian鈥檚 Palace had two purposes; half was used for the Diocletian鈥檚 personal use, and the other half was used as a military garrison. Lastly, you will visit the Cathedral of St. Dominus that is encircled by twenty-four columns. The oldest monuments in this Holy place are those depicting the life of Christ that are found on the entrance doors of the Church. This evening, you will enjoy dinner at a local Konoba (restaurant in the coastal area of Croatia). Following dinner, you will continue to your hotel where you will have a restful overnight.

• Day 13 : Return 魅影直播

  After an early breakfast and heartfelt farewells, transfer to the Dubrovnik airport for return flights home.

Deposit, Payment Schedule & Registration

• A $400 per person deposit is required at the time of booking with a completed reservation application. Fax, internet, e-mail, or phone reservations are welcome. Deposit and/or payment in full must be received within 7 days of booking or reservation will cancel. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date. If a booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. If you register for a pilgrimage within 30 days before departure, or, a deposit is received less than 30 days before departure, a $50 late fee will be included in your total cost. Packages (containing Travel Documents) being shipped outside of the USA will incur an additional shipping charge of $50 per package.

Form of Payment

• Bank/Certified/Checks, Money Orders, ACH (check by phone) or Wire Transfers (please fax a copy of bank confirmation when wiring funds) are accepted forms of payment at any time. Personal checks are acceptable if received more than 30 days prior to departure date. 206 Tours accepts PayPal payments (send to: info@206tours.com). You may also make Direct Credit Card Payments to 206 Tours (American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card). In order to speed the processing of deposits and final payments, please note the departure date on deposit and balance of payment checks. Every reservation must be accompanied by a signed application. Returned checks will incur a $50 service fee. In case of computer or human billing error, we reserve the right to re-invoice participants with corrected billing.

Price Guarantee

• Rates shown on website are based on double or twin occupancy and are as per each programs inclusions. All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and are calculated on currency rates and fares in existence on 05/23/2018. 206 Tours reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to departure and without prior notice if circumstances so warrant. Any devaluation or revaluation of currencies may effect published price.

Not Included

• Tips to guide and driver. Insurance and Supplemental Cancellation Protection. Items of a personal nature, such as passport and visa fees, telephone calls, mini bar, laundry and lunches (when not mentioned).

Passports, Visas & Documents

• A valid US passport is required for US citizens. If you do not have a valid passport please contact your closest passport office or see Passport Information. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after return date. US or Canadian citizens do not need to obtain visas for most countries 206 Tours services. For all other nationalities please consult the country of 's consulate. When and if visa is required it is passengers responsibility to obtain one. 206 Tours, owner, agent or employees cannot be held liable for clients not having proper passports, visa or other travel documents. Cancellations due to lack of appropriate documents will incur usual penalties. A Passport Card is not useful for International Air Travel. Attempting to use this instead of a Passport Book will result in a denial of boarding by the airlines and entry by the legal authorities

Final Documents

• Final documents are issued upon receipt of final payment only and within 3 weeks of departure. Documents are not guaranteed if final payment is not received on time. Upon receipt of your documents you are responsible to check your itinerary, spelling of your name, dates, times and other important information to insure their validity. Should your final documents have any errors it is the passengers responsibility to contact 206 Tours immediately.

Participation

• 206 Tours and suppliers contracted for services reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operations of a tour, or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers. 206 Tours, its agents, and suppliers shall be under no liability to any such person for refund, compensation, repatriation or any other matters arising.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Once a deposit or partial/full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received. In addition to a $300 per person administration fee, the following charges apply off the total trip cost:


• 60 - 46 days prior to departure 10%.


• 45 - 21 days prior to departure 50%.


• 20 - 03 days prior to departure 80%.


• 02 days prior to departure or less no refund.


• Additionally, once tickets are issued the ticket value is non-refundable. Requests for a refund must be in writing (mail, fax or e-mail). Phone calls cannot be used as a form of cancellation. Refunds will be issued within 30 to 60 days of receipt of written notice No change of names or substitutions are permitted. No refund or cancellation fees will be waived due to death or sickness.


• *Special departures may have different conditions; please carefully review the terms & conditions for each departure.


• In the event that 206 Tours would decide to cancel a departure, a full refund will be issued (including travel insurance and Supplemental Cancellation Protection). If, however the trip is cancelled closer to departure by forces outside of the control of 206 Tours, refunds will be as per terms and conditions.
