Mathura is an important pilgrimage destination of the Hindus and is one of the seven sacred cities of India. Lord Krishna was born around 5000 years ago. The land is daubed with an enchanting culture, which is enough to capture your heart and touch your soul. The city is dotted with magnificent temples, most of them dedicated to Lord Krishna, the city鈥檚 presiding deity and its first citizen. These temples depict various phases of Lord Krishna鈥檚 life, taking the devotees back to the divine era.
Vrindavan is a holy Twin town of Mathura and is the most significant pilgrimage site in Brij region, attracting around 500000 pilgrims every year. It is believed that Lord Krishna spent his childhood here. Even the dust of this holy place is said to be sacred and devotees are often seen smearing it on their forehead. Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi To Mathura (175 km/3.5 hrs)

  Early Morning Plan to go For Mathura from Your Place in Delhi by Taxi, Visit Temples and do Lunch at ISKCON Brindaban stay at Hotel Do rest for Few Hrs, After That You make local Sight Seen for Mathura and Brindaban Stay Night at Mathura.

  Early in the morning after bath go to visit Janam bhumi and Dwarkadhees Temple do breakfast and go for Giriraj and Gokul on Return to see Varsaana Village and Nand Gaon if possible. Late Evening after Yamuna Arti You may Return Back Delhi. Reach Delhi Till Night.
