Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : 听Leh (Arrival)

  Meet and Greet at Airport, Transfer to hotel. Evening Explore the main attractions in the city. On this day no need to rush you are free to explore Leh, visit Shanti stupa (A beautiful Temple on hill), Leh Local Market, Dinner will be served at Hotel. Enjoy your overnight stay in Leh
• Day 2 : Excursion to Sham ValleyDay

  Morning after breakfast drive around 08: 00 am to Sham Valley. Enroute visit Magnetic Hill,听 Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Confluence of Zanskar and Indus river. Just before reaching Leh visit Ladakh Hall of fame. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight.
  Gurudwara Patthar: Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, is a beautiful听Gurudwara Sahib, Consrtucted in the memory of GURU NANAK, about 25 miles away from听Leh, on the Leh-Kargil road, 12000 ft above sea level. The Gurdwara was built in听1517 to commemorate the visit to the听Ladakh听region of听Guru Nanak Dev the founder Guru of the听Sikh faith.
  听MAGNETIC HILL :听Defying the Law of gravity. This place is close to the Gurdwara Shri Patthar Sahib. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up-hill that鈥檚 the Believe it or not of Ladakh!
  听CONFLUENCE OF THE ZANSKAR & INDUS :听On way to Sham Valley before Nimu village one can have this magnificent view of two rivers in wed-lock! In seasons they have different colors and flow and wildness.
  听LADAKH HALL OF FAME :听The Hall of Fame is a glorious museum constructed by the Indian Army. It is worth a visit for every citizen. You can see the memorabilia, eminent defense personalities with biographies, images and听 weapons used during the Kargil and other key strategic battles fought in Ladakh.听 And belongings of the enemy soldiers found at war site. All the martyr and the gallantry awards鈥淗ere鈥檚 something that you will be proud of our defense personnel who sacrificed themselves so that we could live in peace.鈥� Drive back to Hotel . Dinner will be provided at Hotel. Overnight at leh.

• Day 3 : Leh 鈥揘ubra

  Early morning proceed to Nubra Valley via the World Highest Motor able road (5602 Mts) Khardungla pass. Arrive Nubra and proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride .Later if time permits visit Hunder and Diskit monasteries and check in at Deluxe Camp. Evening at leisure.听Dinner will be provided.Overnight at the camp.

  听KHARDUNGLA PASS:听The road journey to Nubra valley leads through Khardung La pass (The highest Motorable road in the world) 18,390 ft. around 39 Kms. Away from Leh. There are two checkpoints on the both sides of the pass. Khardung La is the first village of Nubra valley at higher altitude than Deskit and other villages.听

  DESKIT VILLAGE:听Deskit is the main village of headquarter of Nubra valley, which has a small market consisting of a row of shops and about 500 years old Gompa on the hilltop. Spectacular view of the valley can be seen from the monastery.

  听DESKIT GOMPA:听Deskit Gompa was founded by Lama Sherab Zangpo of Stod in about 1420 AD during the reign of King Drag spa. About 100 monks are residing in the Gompa, which is a branch of Thiksey Monastery. The monastic festival called Gusto takes place on 20th听and 21st听days of the 12th听month of Tibetan calendar.

  HUNDAR VILLAGE:听Hundar is a beautiful village to stay with lot of trees and you will really enjoy your stay at Hundar. It has a small monastery and ruined fort above the village. The walk or Camel Safari (Double Hump bacterian camels) from Hundar to Deskit, through sand dunes for two hours is wonderful听

• Day 4 : Nubra-Leh

  After Breakfast, you will depart for your onward journey to Leh. Visit Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha) which offers you Over-whelming View of Nubra Valley. After reaching, relax in the hotel. Dinner at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 5 : Leh to Pangong Lake (140 Km / 5 hrs drive)

  Morning after breakfast drive to to听Pangong Lake on the Indo China Border.听 After reaching Pangong Tso. Enjoy the colours of the lake, from changing from green to blue.

  THE PANGONG LAKE听: This route takes the visitor past the picturesque villages of Shey and Thikse, and turns off the Indus valley by the side valley of Chemrey and Sakti. The Ladakh range is crossed by the Chang-la (18,000 feet / 5,475 M) which despite its great elevation is one of the easier passes, remaining open for much of the year even in winter, apart from periods of actual snowfall. Tangse, just beyond the foot of the pass, has an ancient temple.听Dinner at Camp. Overnight at Pangong Tso.

• Day 6 : Pangong Lake 鈥� Leh 140 KMs/ 4-5 Hrs

  Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh, enroute visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace, If Time permits then even can visit Rancho School. Dinner will be provided in Hotel .Overnight at Leh.
• Day 7 : LEH-DEPARTURE

  Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board听flight听back to destination. Journey ends with exotic memories and stories to be related once back home.听
