Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Welcome to Gods Own Country Kerala. An arrival our ever smiling representative will greet you and will later escort you to the hotel in Kovalam. Check in and relax for a while amidst the comforts of your room. Spend the day at leisure and enjoy the beach as the hotel is besides the beach
• Day 2 :

  After Breakfast, start the treatment with Abhyanga and Podikkizhi. In the evening have shirodhara and rest of the day at leisure. ABHYANGA (60min): A whole body herbal oil massage involving head, face and body followed by a soothing steam bath. Relieves fatigue, removes toxins, enhance sleep, strength, complexion and luster. PODIKKIZHI (60min): A whole body bundle massage using herbal powders which are heated in oil and then rhythmically massaged over the body. Highly effective in rheumatism, swellings and musculo- skeletal problems. SHIRODHARA (60min) A continuous stream of medicated warm oil is poured onto forehead in a to and fro motion. Deeply relaxes and revitalizes the central nervous system, alleviates headaches, mental tensions, insomnia and Vata disorders.
• Day 3 :

  After Breakfast, start the treatment with Abhyanga and Podikkizhi. In the evening have shirodhara and rest of the day at leisure.
• Day 4 :

  After Breakfast, start the treatment with Udanchana. In the evening have Pada Marmaabhyanga and rest of the day at leisure. UDANCHANA (90min): Lymphatic Drainage massage that drains blocked lymph ducts to stimulate the nervous system, cleanses the body channels and increases immunity. Highly beneficial in Lymphoedema, loss of sensations, weakness, immune drop and stress diseases. PADA MARMAABHYANGA (45min) The reflex points in each foot representing the perfect microcosm of the body are massaged that facilitates and encourages the vital body energy to flow unimpeded, rejuvenating all internal organs together with Ida, Pingala and Sushumna nadis.
• Day 5 :

  After Breakfast, Have a Abhyanga before departure. After a rejuvenating experience proceed to cochin for your onward trip.
