  The day starts early and packed with excitement as we prepare ourselves to go touch the southernmost tip of India 鈥� Kanyakumari, which is also known as Cape Comorin from the British days. It is an unforgettable drive from Trivandrum to Kanyakumari with paddy fields and coconut trees keeping you company. We can have some delicious Appam, Puttu or Dosa on the way. We go to the Kanyakumari (Virgin Goddess) Temple and also visit the Gandhi Mandapam. The highlight of the day is the mesmerizing spectacle of the Sangam (meeting) of the three water bodies. Post this we take you to visit the colossal statue (133 feet) of Tamil saint poet Thiruvalluvar. You also get the chance to spend some quiet time at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and enjoy a spectacular sunset there.
