Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin - Munnar (90 Km. 4 hour)

  On arrival at Cochin airport take a transfer to Munnar. On the way to Munnar, halt at some good restaurant where you can take your lunch. Upon arrival Munnar Check-in to your hotel, in the evening visit the Tata Tea Museum and enjoy the beautiful serenity of the tea plantations (remains closed on Mondays). Return to your hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
• Day 2 : Munnar

  After breakfast at the hotel, take a sightseeing tour of Munnar. Munnar is famous for its tea plantations. Visit Eravikulam National Park and explore its rich flora and fauna. Relish the local food at a good restaurant. Later in the afternoon, visit Mattupetty Lake and Dam. Enjoy the echo phenomenon at the famous Echo Point. Return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at your own leisure. Have a warm, hearty dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in your room.
• Day 3 : Munnar - Kumarakom (150Km)

  After breakfast check of the hotel and proceed to Kumarakom. On arrival check in to hotel and visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, Aruvikkuzhi Waterfalls, Backwater Cruise, Vembanad Lake, Pathiramanalfollowed by comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Kumarakom.

• Day 4 : Kumarakom - Alleppey

  After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and check-into houseboat, unpack and relax. Stay overnight at the houseboat.
• Day 5 : Alleppey - Varkala (150 Km.)

  After breakfast check out form the houseboat and proceed to Varkala. On arrival check in to hotel and take some rest. After lunch go for sightseeing and visit Janardan Swami Temple. This temple is more than 2000 years old and is one of the attractions of the place. The temple is home to an old bell that was taken from an ancient shipwreck of a Dutch Freighter. Vishnu Temple is more than 2000 years old and the shrine of Lord Vishnu of Hindu religion is placed inside. Some places of tourist interests nearby include the beautiful Sivagiri Mutt, which is just a little distance from the beach, and you can visit Neyyar Wild Life Sanctuary also. Evening is at leisure and comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
• Day 6 : Varkala

  After breakfast, visit to Varkala beach. This is a popular beach where one can enjoy various activities such as paragliding and parasailing. Few restaurants are also located nearby. Kapil Lake, which is located close to the beach, is a popular site while Anjengo Fort, a historical place is also a popular destination for many tourists. Besides, Varkala Tunnel and the Lighthouse are also interesting places that one should never miss to visit. In the late evening come back to hotel for comfortable overnight stay at hotel in Varkala.

• Day 7 : Varkala - Trivandrum Departure

  After breakfast check of the hotel and proceed to Trivandrum Airport for your onward journey with happy memories of Kerala.
