Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Mumbai

  On arrival in Mumbai transfer to hotel where we will be holding the rooms on immediate occupancy basis. Overnight stay at hotel.
• Day 2 : Mumbai

  In the morning half day tour of: Gateway of India - The stone archway designed by Wittett in the 16th century Gujarati style, Prince of Whales Museum & Elephanta Caves - 9 kms by sea. This 7th century rock - cut cave temples dedicated to Lord Shiva are situated a top a hill on the island. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 3 : Mumbai - Trivandrum - Kovalam

  Morning transfer to airport to connect flight to Trivandrum. On arrival in Trivandrum drive to Kovalam & transfer to hotel, enjoy your day in the sand. At your choice from any of the centers nearby, you can pamper yourself with an herbal, body- toning message. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 4 : Kovalam

  Today you will go for a same day return trip to Cape Camorin. Visit, Padmanabhapuram Palace & Archaeological Museum - drive back to Kovalam. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 5 : Kovalam - Varkala

  Morning after breakfast we will proceed towards Varkala: The most unspoilt beach resorts of India you also have an option to go for body therapy over there. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 6 : Varkala - Kumarakom

  Today ride into Kumarakom - the backwater country - by speed boat or aluxury cruiser from Varkala and then make yourself at home in its small-town hush. Feel at home!
• Day 7 : Kumarakom

  Get Set for the moments that will approach you today with a boat ride into the countryside, your visit to the Bird Sanctuary. If you are adventurous enough, you can indulge in water sports such as Wind Sailing & Water Skiing. You can even take a canoe out into the quiet lakes. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 8 : Kumarakom - Periyar

  Getting to Periyar is as sublime as the destination itself. A scenic journey past mist capped mountains, spice plantations and open grasslands lined with spectacular water falls & delightful trekking trails form the access to your hide way here. On arrival check into hotel, refresh yourself & be relaxed. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 9 : Periyar

  Trekking with a local guide familiarizes you to the rare birds, trees & flowers that are come across here. You can even set upon a walk through the plantations filled with the heady fragrance of fresh spice. A boat safari on the Periyar Lake extends a lifetime's chance to spot exotic wildlife in its natural habitat. Like the eccentric bathing habits of the wild elephants that come down to the lake. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 10 : Periyar - Munnar

  In the morning, head towards a place which is called as "nature lover's paradise" Sprawling tea plantations. Picture book's town. Winding lanes filled with the heady fragrance of fresh tea, all 1800m above the sea level. After arriving there, check into hotel. Overnight to be spent at hotel.
• Day 11 : Munnar

  Munnar has the highest peak in South India - Anamudi - which towers over 2695m. An assortment of wild life such as the Nilgiri Thar, Nilgiri Langur, Sambhar, Gaur and the lion tailed Macaque are found in the rich tropical forests around. Devikulam - This serene hill township is a nature lover's retreat. Trout fishing on the Devikulam Lake is a major attraction. Eravikulam National park - It is the best place to see Nilgiri Thar, the mountain goat of South India. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 12 : Munnar - Cochin

  Today morning drive to Cochin and on arrival in "Queen of the Arabian Sea" check into hotel. Afternoon free to relax. In the evening enjoy Kathakali dance show. Kerala renowned through out the world for its harmonious blending of poetry, music, costumes and gestures to narrate stories from Indian Epics. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 13 : Cochin

  Morning city tour covering: Jewish Synagogue - Built in 1568 the oldest synagogue in the commonwealth stands, adorned by hundreds of exquisite hand - painted Chinese tiles in blue & white. St. Francis church originally, built out of wood in 1503 and thus earning fame as the oldest European church in India. Vasco de Gama was buried there. Dutch Palace - As you climb its stone steps, you enter a different world of Palanquins and heraldry, jewels and rich murals. Roam about in the cobbled streets, you will love it. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 14 : Cochin - Mumbai

  Transfer to airport to en board flight to Bombay. On arrival we will transfer to hotel where we will be holding a few rooms for wash and change. After wash and change and dinner transfer to International Airport.
• Day 15 : Leave Mumbai

  Board international flight to onward destination.
