Package Overview

Mount Kailash, is a 6,638 m high peak in the Kailash Range, which forms part of the Transhimalaya in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China.

Lake Manasarovar in Sanskrit and several other Indian languages), is a high altitude freshwater lake fed by the Kailash Glaciers near Mount Kailash in the Tibet Autonomous Region, China. The lake is revered as a sacred place in four religions: B枚n, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Welcome to your聽'Kailash Mansarovar Yatra by Helicopter - Ex Lucknow'聽tour! On arrival, transfer from the airport / railway station in Lucknow to the hotel in Nepalgunj.
  
  Note: Reach Lucknow on or before 13:00 hours.
  The rest of the day is at leisure for leisure to relax and unwind.
  Overnight in Nepalgunj.

• Day 2 : Nepalgunj

  This morning, drive to the airport in Nepalgunj to board the flight to Simikot. On arrival in Simikot, proceed to the hotel and check in.
  In the afternoon, visit the Shiva Mandir and get acclimatized to high altitude.
  The rest of the evening is at leisure for independent activities.
  Overnight in Simikot.

• Day 3 : Simikot

  This morning, check out and drive to the airport to board the helicopter from Simikot for a 15 minute ride to Hilsa (3705 m ). Complete the Nepal side immigration formalities i.e. to put exit stamp on your passport and proceed to Hilsa. On reaching Hilsa, cross the bridge and enter the China side to reach the Sher Village to complete the Chinese immigration formalities. Post formalities, drive to Taklakot (4,025 m / 30km / approx. 1 hour drive)) also known as and check in to hotel.
  The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.
  Overnight in Purang.

• Day 4 : Proceed to Lake Mansarovar (4500 meters / approx. 3 hours drive)

  After breakfast, proceed to Lake Mansarovar (4500 meters / approx. 3 hours drive) to get the first view of the holy Mt. Kailash and the beautiful lake. On arrival at Lake Mansarovar, do the parikrama, perform puja and take a holy dip in the lake. Later, proceed to the guest house and check in.
  The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.
  Overnight near Lake Mansarovar.

• Day 5 : Mansarovar

  Take the holy bath and Puja at Mansarovar in the morning.
  After breakfast, drive to visit Chiu Gompa then transferred to Darchen (30 Kms 1 Hour) (4675 Mts). Check in to the Guesthouse .
  The rest of the day is at leisure to explore Darchen at your own pace.

• Day 6 : Tarboch Flag

  This morning, leave for Tarboch Flag Pole the first prostration point, -an auspicious gateway and the sky burial ground. Then visit Yam Dwar (4675 ) and further visit to Sershong (8 km). Start the trek to Diraphuk (4765 m / walk 3-4 hours).
  The rest of the evening is at leisure to relax and unwind.

• Day 7 : Mt. Kailash Parikrama

  oday's trek is amongst the toughest trek of the entire Mt. Kailash Parikrama which includes a steep climb up to Dolma La Pass. It is not only the highest altitude that makes the trek difficult but also the weather could change at any moment. One gets a very fine and marvellous view of Gaurikund down the pass. Offer prayers, relax and later, proceed to the guesthouse in Zuthulphuk.
  The rest of the evening is at leisure to relax and unwind.
  Overnight in Zuthulphuk.

• Day 8 : Darchen

  This morning, the parikrama ends near Darchen (4664 m, 14 km 3-4 hours ), drive to Purang (150 km)

• Day 9 : Helicopter to Simikot

  Today, check out and drive to the airport in Hilsa to board the helicopter to Simikot. On arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel in Simikot and check in.

  After breakfast, proceed to airport in Simikot to board the flight to Nepalgunj. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in.
