• Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit. (All traveller including child)


• Permit also require for travelling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof. (All traveller including child-School Id or Birth Certificates)


• Most of the vehicle for North Sikkim do not have Carrier, so kindly carry few luggage due to remote area & rough road.


• The above price is validate for 7 Days (including the date of issue) / Last day of the month.

Nathula :

Ìý

Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited permits are issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. It is open only on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all guests travelling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir.Ìý

It is mandatory that all guests should carry photo proof identity card such as voter id card / passport and passport size photograph.

In Lachung & Lachen :

•ÌýÌý All the packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok.
•ÌýÌý Packages are available with all meals at hotel only (way meals Guest has to pay their own).
•ÌýÌý Hotels available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
•ÌýÌý No room heating systems are provided in the rooms in hotels due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier providesÌý hot water bags.
•ÌýÌý There is no telephone landline connection.
•ÌýÌý Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to make do with candle light.
•ÌýÌý Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.

NoteÌý: Excursion to Katao & Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional & subject to availability of permit, which the guest can avail with an extra cost payable directly to the driver.Ìý

Basic personal items to be carried includes, feather jacket & heavy woollens during winter and light woollens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
Advice guest to bring heavy woollens if traveling to Lachung/North Sikkim as this area is cold throughout the year.Ìý

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• Flights / Trains being late and guests not being able to reach as per schedule is not in our control. Guests will have to pay as per the bookings made.


• Cancellation charges as applicable. No refund is admissible if a tour is cancelled or altered at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities which are beyond human control.


• We or our associates will not be responsible for any civil/political disturbances, strikes/bandhs, theft, accidents, natural calamities, other such incidents beyond human control and any kind of health complications / injuries of any of the guests.Ìý


• ÌýIn a hilly area scarcity of water & electricity is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living & have learnt to live even without electricity in case of Load Shedding. Guests are requested to cope with any such problem faced during the tour. To overcome this problem certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.


• ÌýAll disputes are subject to Siliguri Jurisdiction only.


• During check–in age proof of infant is compulsory. If found infant age is above five, charges applied will be as per Hotel Policy.


• ÌýCheck in and Check out Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels.

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. From Date of booking –

• 30 days only Professional Fess of Rs 1000.00 per person.


• 29 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost


• 14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost


• 07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost


• 02 Days/No show 100% of tour cost

Amendment Policy :

• Amendments will be treated as cancellation.


• Minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.


• Any refund will take at least 15 - 30 days to process.
