TERMS & CONDITION/REPONSIBLITIES:

Speed Holidays will be responsible for the operation of tours and provide the service(s) as per itinerary under normal situation. The Speed Holidays and it鈥檚 associate agents shall not directly responsible and disclaim liability for the loss of property or damages or from the acts of God, animal caused injury or death, delay or cancellation of scheduled of Air flight, any political problem, Government restructures and for any unavoidable circumstances.

Speed Holidays reserves the right to alter or omit any part of the given itinerary or changes the means of conveyance, reservations and/or feature at its discretion without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Speed Holidays shall end even all possible assistance in overcoming all those problems for south operation of the town. But the extra cost if any incurred out of any such unprecedented happening to be payable.

Speed Holidays reserves the right to accept or refuge any participant as a member of a tour package.

听CANCELLATION & REFUND

Booking of local & inbound Package tours to be conferred or payment of 50% advance during reservation and the rest amount to be paid at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the tour.

Booking is automatically cancelled if full payment is not received within the stipulated time.

If you cancel the proposed tour before the full payment is made as per scheduled 75% of total amount will be refund, 07 working days before tour starts 50% and in case of 72 hrs. 25% of the total amount is refundable. (Above policy will not applicable for Group tour, Air ticket, hotel reservation & outbound tours).

In case of booking of day excursion/city tour at least 48 hrs. notice is required and to be made for confirmation of the tour and the rest amount to be paid before the tour stars.
