Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kochi

  Arrive at Kochi (also known as Cochin), the starting point of your Kerala journey. Explore Fort Kochi, a historic neighborhood with colonial-era buildings, Chinese fishing nets, and charming streets. Visit St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India, and the nearby Santa Cruz Basilica.
  In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kathakali dance performance or a sunset cruise on the backwaters.

• Day 2 : Kochi to Munnar

  Leave Kochi and drive to Munnar, a picturesque hill station known for its tea plantations and scenic beauty.
  On the way, visit the Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls.
  Reach Munnar and relax for the day, taking in the fresh mountain air.

• Day 3 : Munnar Sightseeing

  Explore the attractions in Munnar, including the Tata Tea Museum to learn about tea processing and history.
  Visit the Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake, which offer stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys.
  If interested, you can also take an optional trek to places like Meesapulimala or Anamudi, the highest peak in South India.

• Day 4 : Munnar to Alleppey (Alappuzha)

  Leave Munnar and head to Alleppey, famous for its backwaters and houseboat cruises.
  Check into a traditional houseboat and spend the day cruising along the scenic backwaters, witnessing the serene landscapes and local life.
  Enjoy a delightful Kerala-style meal prepared on the houseboat.

• Day 5 : Alleppey to Thekkady

  Thekkady is a pleasant heaven on earth for those who love nature in its wild manifestations. Spices are found in abundance in Periyar. Get ready for a spice tour to view the plantations of a wide variety of spices like cardamom, pepper, tea, coffee, cloves, ginger, turmeric, cumin seed, etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.
