Himachal Pradesh is a beautiful hill state in northern India, nestled in the western Himalayas. Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi - On to Shimla (320 kms / approx. 8 hour drive)

  Welcome to your 'Himachal ' tour! Upon arrival at Airport / Railway Station in Delhi, you will be transferred to the charming hill station of Shimla. On arrival, check-in to your hotel.
  
  The rest of the evening is at leisure.
  
  Overnight in Shimla - None (Meals on your own)

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys
• Day 2 : Shimla - Excursion to Kufri (23 kms / approx. 1 1/2 hour drive)

  This morning, proceed for a wonderful excursion to Kufri which is famous for its trekking and hiking trails. Later in the evening, visit the Mall Road, Scandal Point, Christ Church and Lakkad Bazaar.
  
  Note: The vehicle will drop you till the Mall road as per the Himachal Tourism policy.
  
  Overnight in Shimla.

• Day 3 : On to Manali via Kullu (270 kms / approx. 8 hour drive)

  This morning, you will proceed on a breathtaking drive to Manali, nestled on the banks of the River Beas amidst the Kullu Valley. Check-in to your hotel on arrival.

  Overnight in Manali.

• Day 4 : Manali

  Today, after breakfast, visit the four and a half century old Hadimba Devi Temple and the Tibetan Monastery which houses several images of Lord Buddha and Tankha paintings. Later, visit the Solang Valley, a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund. The Solang valley offers breathtaking views of glaciers and snow capped mountains and peaks. Later, return to your hotel and relax.

• Day 5 : Manali - Excursion to Rohtang Pass / Snow Point (51 kms / approx. 2 hour drive)

  This morning, proceed on a day excursion to Rohtang Pass (Closed on Tuesdays). Rohtang Pass was the medieval trading route to Lahaul and Spiti. If roads to Rohtang Pass are closed, then visit Snow Point where ponies / horses can be hired (On direct payment).
  
  Note: Only local vehicles are allowed for Rohtang Pass / Snow point visit.
  
  The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this picturesque town (on your own).
  
  Overnight in Manali.

• Day 6 : On to Chandigarh / Panchkula (290 kms / approx. 8 hour drive)

  Today, you will drive to the well planned city of Chandigarh or Panchkula, en route visiting the famous Pinjore Garden. If time permits, visit the famous Rock Garden. On arrival, check- in to your hotel.
  
  The rest of day is at leisure.
  
  Overnight in Chandigarh / Panchkula.
• Day 7 : On to Delhi (260 kms / approx. 6 hour drive)

  Today, bid farewell to your 'Himachal - Diwali Special' tour, as you are transferred to Airport / Railway Station in Delhi for your onward journey.
